Spacieux 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains unité de coin en face du golfe à Regency Isle. Cette unité offre une vue sur le golfe depuis le grand balcon privé et une vue sur la rivière Ole depuis le balcon orienté au nord.

Il y a un roi dans la suite principale avec baignoire de jardin et douche séparée dans la salle de bain principale. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit king-size et la troisième chambre a un lit superposé twin-over-queen. Les deux chambres d'hôtes ont une salle de bain privée et accès au balcon nord. Chaque chambre ainsi que le salon disposent d'une télévision à écran plat.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at this property twice. It is very well maintained and the kitchen is a dream since it has everything needed and more. The view from the decks on both sides are remarkable. There is plenty of furniture for us all to sit both outside and inside. Thanks for another great week at the beach!

Great comfort, great views in a corner location!

Having vacationed in area condos the past 12+ years, 812 Regency Isle ranks at the top for its total comfort, panoramic views on 3 sides as a corner unit, and its interior layout and furnishings. The bedrooms are plush and amenable to adults and youth; the kitchen and living area are expansive and well laid out. The balcony is prime viewing for dolphin watching and other beach life and above any pool noise or potential distractions, and the sunsets are spectacular! We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Glad to have the extra space due to hurricane ida. Only downfall was that all the patio furniture had to be inside most of the stay, no one ever came to move it back outside. Few minor cleaning items- master shower had large amount of hair in drain that I cleaned up. Secondly, what looked like dried vomit on wall behind master toilet. Lastly, security latch on front door is barely hanging on - didnt even use it because afraid it would break fully. And condo didnt have ANY soap to wash hands. Which was weird. Overall,we would stay again. Master bed was VERY comfortable. Loved having 2 tables. Liked the check in and check out process.

Great place!

Condo was as pictures showed. Check in and out were very easy. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and maintenance showed up very quickly and resolved the issue. Got several texts to make sure everything was ok. Had a great week with family!

Wonderful week at the beach

Regency Isle 812 is a fantastic condo. This condo is as nice as the pictures that are on the website show. A nice patio is a must for our vacation this one exceeded our expectation. There is plenty of furniture on the patio and all is in great condition. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. All the furniture was in great condition. Having a full bathroom in each bedroom is wonderful. The grounds surrounding Regency Isle are kept very nice. The pool and hot tub area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. We like to grill when we are at the beach so having a wonderful place to do that is important. The grill area is just fantastic with having gas grills. The grills and the gazebo where they are located is always kept clean and is so well lighted we are able to grill late. The walkways are lined with palms and make for a great atmosphere. When our family needs a three bedroom condo at the beach it will be this unit. Working with Liquid Life vacation rental company has been an enjoyable experience. Everyone at Liquid Life was pleasant and very helpful. Thanks to everyone there. Missouri Mike

Girls Annual Spring Beach Trip

My friends & I have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shore area twice a year for over 10 years. This is a wonderful condo. Love the corner unit view of both the ocean and lagoon view. The beds were very comfortable, not the usual cheap mattress you get at rentals. Regular size washer & dryer along with ice machine!! Just added bonus at this condo. Will be back!!

Perfect spot

Girls birthday weekend was awesome at this corner 3 BR condo. Spacious, very well appointed, beautiful views and breezes. Gorgeous beach. Floribama just a skip down the beach and left out of condo is orange beach, The Gulf beach bar and restaurant (check out the gift shop!), Publix, CVS & more. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous Corner Condo - A Lovely Beach Getaway!

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo during Spring Break. It is so spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths - that's a lot of space to spread out for a beach condo! The patio is perfect for eating dinner (huge table with chairs), reading, or just taking a break from it all. We even spotted dolphins from the patio! One of my favorite parts is being able to see the beautiful view from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and kitchen. This condo is situated so perfectly for ocean views. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with any necessities needed to make meals and a separate ice maker makes it easy to fill coolers for the beach or pool. Everything was in perfect working order our entire stay. It appears as though the furniture in the living room is BRAND NEW and some of the linens in the bedrooms appear new, as well. It is really gorgeous. The owner has impeccable taste in decorating. Oh, and Orange Beach itself great! So much to do/places to eat without all the chaos that other beaches have. My family will 100% return!
