The outdoor area features a 28 m² illuminated swimming pool with a solar shower, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The spacious terrace, with a dining table for 8 people, comfortable lounge furniture, and a high-quality gas grill with a sink, invites you to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee.

This 220 m² fully air-conditioned and heated house is tastefully furnished with elegant Italian furniture. Each of the four bedrooms offers maximum comfort and privacy, with a wardrobe, desk, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and an en-suite bathroom.
