We’re glad the condo was clean and welcoming, the balcony view was exceptional, the main bedroom shower was a highlight, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was convenient to Florabama. I apologize the balcony table and chairs showed wear, the living room furniture appeared sun‑faded and had stains, the cabinet finish around the knobs looked like heavy wear, and the guest bathroom door creaked. Thank you for noting the maintenance visit to replace the toilet flapper — we’re sorry the door hinge follow‑up didn’t occur during your stay. We’ve shared all of your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can assess and address the furniture, cabinet finish, door hinge, and sliding‑door shading options. Thank you for your feedback. We did reach out several times to discuss your experience but were unable to reach you. We were unaware of the construction and reached out to the property immediately when we received your feedback. They did let us know they were replacing some windows on the side of the building but that it was minimal noise confined to certain hours and they did not expect it to impact any guests stay thus why we were not notified.
