Courtyard at Avila est un favori parmi les invités! Situé dans le cœur de Avila Beach et des mesures pour réchauffer sable blanc. Courtyard at Avila met en valeur l'architecture primée avec de belles vues à flanc de colline. Patio privé au sein de la cour fermée. À quelques pas de restaurants, golf, piste cyclable, etc. Tous les avantages d'étapes de la vie de plage de votre avant l'embarquement, kayak, jet ski, bateau. Condo comprend 2 places de parking dans sécurisé, garage fermé. Le condo de deux étages est situé sur une extrémité et tout à fait privé de la cour.

Il ya un ascenseur du parking à la cour. Ce condo ne répond pas aux exigences d'accessibilité handicap. Le salon principal, poire et la deuxième chambre sont accessibles aux personnes handicapées. Veuillez faire référence aux photos pour déterminer l’aptitude et la facilité de mobilité.

Le condo dispose de trois chambres à coucher privées: La suite principale (lit king) avec salle de bain privée; chambre 2 (lit queen); et le grenier. Dans le loft est un lit queen, 2 jumeaux et 1 canapé-lit double. Le nombre total de lits est de 6. Capacité d'accueil 9 personnes. 2 salles de bains en bas. Le condo a été récemment rénové avec un décor de plage joyeux et une palette de couleurs qui comprend un nouveau salon et un mobilier de mezzanine, de la moquette et de la peinture.

Father's Day Weekend Fun!

Overall we had a good visit--although the oven didn't work and the refrigerator froze and ruined our fruits. Proximity to the beach was convenient and enjoyed by all.

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy. We had some good meals at Custom House and the kids loved going on their own to the beach and Hula Hut. Great condo and location is amazing

A family member was coming down the stair with sandals on and carrying something in one hand. Steps are too slippery and caused her to fall. Only one request is that the stair case should have some kind of grip material put on them.

Location, Location, Location!!

We traveled with 8 teenagers and 2 moms and the loft was perfect for boys. Plenty of beds and space for all. Although it being a condo, it never felt cramped even when dining all together. Celebrated Birthday

The place was well kept and nice. Had all accommodations with coffee pots, silverware, plates, towels. Seven sisters was easy to work with when checking in and out. They were in communications all times making it possible to check in early if needed. I highly recommend staying at Beach Happy.

My kids loved that we could head down for time in the sand over and over again. The condo itself is also adorably decorated and very comfortable. I love the loft, which is huge. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was larger than I expected and well-stocked with necessities. I loved hanging out on the balcony in the back as well as the nice sitting area outside the front door. Overall, a gorgeous property and we will be back!

There was plenty of room for everyone and these units were next door to each other so it was super convenient. Great location to as right outside the gate we were a half block from downtown and the beach. I would highly recommend Seven Sisters and these units in Avila Beach.

Our family loved staying at this beautiful property, located within steps of downtown and the beach, while still feeling private and quiet. We definitely would go there again!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving here! You can’t beat the location! It was the perfect size for our family. Grandparents, aunt and my family of 5 that slept in the loft.
