Riverside à son meilleur - cet hébergement de deux chambres au deuxième étage est parfait pour les couples, les amis ou les familles. A été complètement rénové - tapis, planchers de bois franc, peinture, boiseries, stores, armoires, cheminée, mobilier, carrelage et plus! Décor de designer dans les moindres détails.

Enlevez vos chaussures lorsque vous entrez dans ce bel hébergement et installez-vous confortablement devant le tout nouveau foyer à gaz. Le salon comprend une grande télévision connectée de 55 pieds (chaînes Premium HBO, Cinemax, Starz et Showtime incluses), un système de haut-parleurs de divertissement Jawbone Bluetooth, un coin salon confortable et des œuvres d'art spectaculaires. Profitez des sons apaisants de la rivière et du twitter des colibris sur le pont surplombant la rivière San Miguel et la ville de Telluride.

Amusez-vous dans la cuisine rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouvelles armoires et un bar avec des tabourets en peau de vache et une table à manger pouvant accueillir quatre personnes.

Mosey en bas de la chambre principale avec lit plate-forme king-size, Smart TV 46 ', draps de luxe, vue sur le San Miguel et les sons apaisants de la rivière gargouillant. La salle de bain principale a tous les nouveaux carreaux, la combinaison baignoire / douche et la vanité aux riches tons bleu / turquoise.

La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux, d'une petite télévision à écran plat et d'un grand placard. La salle de bain a une nouvelle douche à vapeur en verre, un nouveau carrelage et une coiffeuse dans les mêmes tons bleus riches. Nous avons ajouté un lit de luxe et un matelas pour accueillir une personne supplémentaire.

Votre hébergement ne serait pas complet sans une machine à laver / sèche-linge pour plus de commodité, un bain à remous commun à l'usage exclusif des propriétaires et des clients, un parking sur place et un emplacement idéal. - Juste un pâté de maisons de la télécabine et deux pâtés de maisons du centre-ville.

Riverside est l’un des endroits les plus populaires de Telluride. En été, empruntez le sentier Bear Creek pour faire une randonnée jusqu’aux chutes ou flânez le long du sentier de la rivière San Miguel. À quelques pas du parc municipal et à un pâté de maisons de l'autre côté du pont piétonnier menant à la station de télécabine et au fauteuil 8. Beaucoup de restaurants populaires dans un bloc ou deux et le marché du village est à proximité.

Riverside est un endroit de choix en été, printemps, hiver ou automne! Restez dans cette charmante location de vacances pratique et vous ne voudrez plus partir ....

Great location. Easy to walk around town and to the gondola. We did not use the kitchen, so I can’t speak to that, but overall was a great rental. Check-in was easy and property manager was quick to respond to questions.

We had a great stay at this clean and attractively-decorated 2 bedroom condo. Its location close to restaurants, and with a flowing stream just off the deck, makes it feel like you're in nature, but just a short walk to activities. The kitchen features excellent cookware and accessories.

Beautiful, comfortable condo. Located right on the river for beautiful moments on the patio, a couple blocks away from the main drag, the town park, and the gondola station. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook. Comfy bedrooms downstairs - the guest room was perfect for our two daughters who LOVED it. We had a wonderful three days with our kids over Fourth of July. Could not have picked a better place!

Great location, great property. We really enjoyed the place and it had all we needed and then some. The property manager was great and responsive to all questions and minor items that came up during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo a few blocks from the gondola (short 5 minute walk). Great for a family of 4. All the amenities you need. Perfect location to hop right on the lift/gondola and ski back to town. Close to all the great restaurants and shops. Nicely kept and up to date condo. Will stay again!

Another Great Stay

The condo is very clean and has everything we needed for our family's annual ski trip. The location can't be beat for access to town, the river trail, the gondola and restaurants. This was our second stay here and we had another great week!

Fantastic ski vacation

Our family of 4 loved this property! It was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Beautiful views and we loved the fireplace. Property manager was very responsive. Location is perfect and everything in Telluride is walking distance. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in Telluride! We loved everything about this condo. It was in a great location, had beautiful views, was well decorated, and had everything we needed. It also included nice extras like the steam shower, fireplace, and access to the community hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacay Spot

Heaven on earth is how I would describe this place! First time in Telluride- beautiful place & condo is in the perfect place right on the river! Loved sitting on the balcony every day listening to the flowing river, beautiful sunrises with the mountain surround & birds chirping! Condo has every amenity you'll ever need! Didn't want to ever leave! Easy walk to shops in town, gondola, bike rentals, hiking trails, etc. Host even had humidifier we could use. Lots of kitchen amenities to cook with. My son really enjoyed the steam shower. Just a dream come true really. Thank you for your hospitality. Want to come back already.

Great location, has everything you need

The condo was great for our family of 4, and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants in town and to the gondola to mountain village. With 2 kids 7 and 9, it could easily feel like a headache to get anywhere with skis, but it didn’t! Total win.

Riverside retreat

Lovely rivers edge setting along the San Miguel River in the town of Telluride. Property was clean, quiet and very comfortable for my wife and I. Great location near the base of the gondola, farmers market, Bear Creek trailhead, etc etc. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and setting. Would definitely return.

Incredible location and great place

Loved it! Super clean. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Just overall a great place and we would happily stay there again. Management was super responsive. The owners would be pleased at how well their property is run. Could not ask for more in Telluride.

Great Unit & Perfect Location

This was a great unit to stay in for our week in Telluride skiing. It definitely met expectations based on the online listing and reviews - but the pictures online don't capture the high ceilings and sky lights of the living / dining / kitchen area top floor. It was awesome to get all the natural light throughout the day. The location is great - on the river and two blocks to the lifts/gondola. Close to great restaurants and bars and to Colorado avenue for shopping/browsing. Also along the river trail to take you to other destinations in Telluride. I'd definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

Can't beat the views and location to town!

We booked this place for a few reasons but the top two were we wanted a place that had views of the mountains / nature and a place that was a short walking distance to the restaurants and gondola. This townhome delivered way beyond my expectations on both and so much more!! The bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen and family room are on the second / top floor. The vaulted ceilings and the two levels makes the space feel so big a roomy that you can really relax when you are there. Our favorites: the views, being right on the river, the fireplace, the community jacuzzi, the beds, and how close it was to the restaurants and gondola. I would highly recommend staying here.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary in Telluride and this home made it even better. We spent most of our time outdoors hiking, biking, exploring and going to restaurants, but the home was so comfortable that we thoroughly enjoyed our downtime there as well. It is right at the trailhead for the Bear Creek Falls hike, plus it overlooks the San Miguel river with a gorgeous view of the mountains. There are several excellent restaurants, bike rental shops, and the gondola all within walking distance. It is breathtaking. The home is fully stocked, perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. This is definitely a great place to stay. Thank you!

Not Ski in/out, but still a great stay

I specifically was searching for Ski in/out and this property was shown as Ski in/out and they also include this in the tile of the listing at this time. However, it’s 450-500 steps from this condo to the lift. There is a trail along the river that is slightly downhill, so it was possible in the mornings to walk 1/2 block to the trail and then ski/skate to the lift. However, when done with skiing it’s a 2 block walk. So I was disappointed that I was specifically looking for this ski in/out accommodation and this wasn’t it. The Pros: easy walk to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, and tall ceilings on the main floor. Also, the place had a lot of extras like cooking oil, aluminum foil, soap, etc. pretty view of the river. Cons: not ski in/out. Walls are very thin between units and we could hear people talking (pretty clearly) in the adjacent unit. Zero storage space for suitcases - the owners lock the storage closest and the even the spaces under the beds are completely taken by owners clothes stored in plastic bins.

Well decorated condo, views, and great location

Loved, loved, loved this condo. The decor is much better than most and it comes with a great view of the river AND some mountains. For what more could you ask? Had an issue with the coffee maker and the fridge's ice maker but hopefully the owner will correct those issues. Certainly did not stop us from having a wonderful stay! If you are not familiar with Telluride, you need to know this condo is in a great location for both walking to the best restaurants, and it's not too much of a walk to the Gondola and Lift 8, for skiing or getting to Allred's (fantastic restaurant on top of the mountain, overlooking the town) and going to Mountain Village. We love staying in the TOWN of Telluride, over Mountain Village, because of the great restaurants and the cozy and quaint feeling of the town. It is not something that can be described. You just have to experience it for yourself. Oh--you should know that this condo complex's HOA does not allow pets or grilling on the decks. That's kind of a bummer because we love both of those things, but this trip we didn't bring our dog and were only there for a week so didn't need to grill. In conclusion, we love Telluride since we started visiting about 12 years ago and will be back, and at this condo, if we don't want to bring our dog or grill on the deck :) Thanks for the hospitality!
