Lulu Luxe est conçu pour accueillir deux couples avec un espace de couchage supplémentaire pour ceux qui voyagent avec des enfants ou des adolescents. La résidence comprend deux chambres et deux salles de bain parfaitement agencées sur une surface habitable de 1 300 pieds carrés.

Dans le salon, vous découvrirez de nombreux espaces pour vous réunir. Asseyez-vous sur le mobilier ultra confortable et écoutez votre émission préférée sur le téléviseur à écran plat ou utilisez cet espace pour vous asseoir et planifier votre calendrier de vacances. La CUISINE a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer tous vos repas. Elle est dotée d'appareils électroménagers tout neufs en acier inoxydable et d'un joli bar à petit-déjeuner. Il y a aussi une table de salle à manger formelle avec des sièges pour quatre.

La chambre principale est spacieuse et centrée sur un lit king-size merveilleusement confortable. Elle est également équipée d'un téléviseur à écran plat et d'une salle de bain privée complète. La SECONDE CHAMBRE dispose également d'un lit king-size et partage une salle de bain avec le loft à l'étage qui dispose de deux lits jumeaux.

Lulu Luxe est situé près de l'école de plein air de San Juan, où toute la famille peut apprendre à grimper, et de l'Académie Telluride, qui propose un choix incroyable d'activités pour les plus jeunes. Vous pourrez également faire du shopping au Clark's Market et déguster de bons repas au West End Bistro, au There et au Siam.

Great location

This is a great place. Location is ideal from my perspective with easy access to town on foot or via the shuttle. Easy walk to the gondola with kiddos. The place itself had what we needed.

Ski Trip

The property was exactly as described, very nice and clean, the lower entry doors were a plus, walking distance to and from lift 7, kitchen was stocked with lots of extras. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in Telluride @ LuLu Luxe! Great location!! Beautiful interior, clean & very comfortable. Could use additional seating (love seat or chair) for watching a movie or relaxing w/ a family of 5. Can't wait to visit again! Loved your home!

Nice location

Location is about 10 min walk to the center of town or gondola. Both bedrooms are downstairs, only 1 of them has a bathroom. The other bedroom will use the one upstairs on the main floor. We enjoyed staying here.

Comfortable condo

Designed with care this is a beautiful condo to walk into. The ingress and egress of the property is a bit challenging many doors and stairs to get to the door. And common areas not inspiring but.... Once you are unloaded it’s wonderful. Great light and the they went to great lengths to decorate. Location was outstanding. We enjoyed our 5 night stay here.

Great location

Condo was in a great location - very easy to get to the 7 lift and hop on the Galloping Goose to get into town. Very well equipped with everything you need to cook, including spices, olive oils, etc. Working with the management company was easy, especially when dealing with another guest parking in our spot. Pool-hot tub was great, layout of the condo worked really well for our family as well. Only downfall was the constant smell of marijuana from another condo. Was strongest on the lower level.

Clean & wellstocked

Nice place with a well stocked kitchen. Location is good and walkable to most of town. We had an issue with our parking spot being occupied. Property manager got us connected with an alternative spot. Only recommendation would be to install additional normal deadbolts. There are 3 total doors into the condo, all electronic key pad control. Those work great for access but are not intuitive for locking from inside, and no deterrent for young kids.

Great Weekend

The property is freshly remodeled, and everything is very clean. The property manager was responsive when the toaster was broken, and they concierge service was also quite helpful. My only suggestion would be to let guests know that the parking garage has very low clearance, and a car with a car top carrier for skis will probably not fit in the parking garage. We drive a minivan with a small carrier, and we barely fit into the garage. We could not open the carrier once we were in the garage. We had to remove the carrier to access our skis, and then put it back on the car. Additionally the listing states that the bedrooms have king beds, but the beds are definitely not king beds. They are queens and it was a tight squeeze! We have four giant teenagers, and we had to use the couch because two of them would not fit in one bed in the second room. Thankfully we were able to use the couch!

Great spot close to lift 7 and grocery store

Easy spot to get to with parking and a ski locker under the building. Lift 7 is close by but still a walk which can be tough if not everyone in your party can carry their equipment. Lift 7 is a dual chair. The gondola is more central to town and maybe would have been our choice next time we go. Place was clean and comfortable for 5 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. Having the grocery store only a stone throw away was great.

Great place for our family

This is a great place for a family with teens! The condo was super clean, had a great location just across the street from Lift 7 (so convenient!) and the loft with 2 twin beds was a huge plus! We had a GREAT time in Telluride!!! We would stay here again. I will say that, although it was not an issue for our family, the arrangements the two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs could be an issue for others. The queen bedroom has the en-suite bathroom. The king bedroom technically has access to a full bathroom from a hallway, just like the property description says. BUT the hallway is a set of stairs and the bathroom is accessed by going up/down the stairs. So if going up/down stairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom is an issue , then this is not your place. It was fine for us because of the ages in our group, but I can see it being an issue for other groups. Our only big complaint was that the smell of pot was HORRIBLE in the evenings. The master bedroom and bathroom smelled so bad and the smell was so strong! We contacted the property management company and they provided an air filter, but it did nothing. I’m not sure that anything could have done because it was coming through the vent system in that downstairs bathroom. And, technically pot is legal in CO. However, I was confused because there was a sign posted on the building that said there was no smoking of any kind allowed in the building. Property management company tried to help, just not sure there was a fix on this issue.

First Time in Telluride

Myself, husband and another couple who are lifelong friends drove to Telluride from Denver for the Blues and Brews Festival. We found the Lulu Luxe to fill all our needs for our three-day stay. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic and very easy to come and go from. The only bummer was that the pool and hot tub were closed for construction and were not aware of that until we arrived but it did not dampen the weekend. We look forward to returning to Telluride in the near future, and feel amazing after an extraordinary weekend in the Rocky Mountains!

Great condo

We had a great stay! We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed but understand this is due to COVID. The condo could use a few more dishes - we had to run the dishwasher after almost every meal to have enough for the next one. Otherwise it was great! Fantastic location.

Nice remolded condo

We liked staying here because of the location- close to the walking path along the river! We had one issue with the kitchen faucet that wouldn’t work without batteries so we had to go out and buy some before we could use it- my only suggestion would be to have spare batteries provided for your guests.
