Villa Ana Rita is a very well maintained and rustic villa, which you will find it in the middle of a plot of 500 m² surrounded by a beautiful natural wall. The covered terrace is directly next to the house, with a lot of natural stone and an attractive dining room. Here you can plan excursions with friend or families and start the day with delicious breakfast or end the day with a barbecue. During the day, you will surely be attracted by some of the comfortable deckchairs on the lawn where you can lounge in the Istrian sun with beautiful sea view. For cooling off and having fun while swimming, there is a 32 m² pool that can be heated, and there is also an outdoor shower. The Jacuzzi offers you wellness moments - they are definitely especially atmospheric in the dark when you can look up at the starry sky above you. The table tennis table promises fun and games for young and old. And if you still want to get some exercise, you can hop on one of the two rental bikes available and explore the area. The charming stone villa welcomes you inside in a very rustic and comfortable way. Enjoy the traditional ambience of 100 m², which makes staying indoors an all-round pleasant pleasure. On the ground floor you will find an open living room and dining room with an open kitchen, which is of course fully equipped. A side entrance leads you to a separate double room with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace. This small, separate living unit promises a special degree of privacy. On the upper floor, which is very comfortable with a lot of wood and decorated like a gallery, there are a total of four beds - two double beds in a large family room. This family room, which actually plays the role of two bedrooms, is visually separated from each other by a partition for privacy. The bathroom completes your living comfort on this floor. Meanwhile, those who enjoy walking or cycling will find a variety of roads and paths that lead to the most beautiful interior of the Istrian peninsula. 30 kilometers of bicycle paths connect Kanfanar with neighboring villages such as Dvigrad, Lim, Barat, Žminj and Svetvinčenat.
