Chuns Reef Beach House se trouve sur un beau terrain de 10.000 pieds carrés avec 130 pieds de front de mer direct. La maison se trouve directement sur Chuns Reef Beach. La maison est située sur un terrain d'angle avec du sable entourant plus de la moitié de la maison. La maison est idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre la baie de Waimea et la ville de Haleiwa sur la célèbre côte nord d'Oahu. La maison a été construite à l'origine comme la gare Laniakea dans la fin des années 1800. La maison est élevée au-dessus des vagues d'hiver sur les grands piliers de ciment et parce qu'il a été construit il y a plusieurs années, il est construit beaucoup plus proche de la plage que la plupart des North Shore maisons en bord de mer.

Chuns Reef Beach House est l'un des meilleurs endroits sur la Côte-Nord avec une belle plage de sable blanc à votre porte. Une fois que vous ouvrez la porte, le sable est de 4 pas. Nous fournissons beaucoup de jouets de plage pour l'utilisation de nos invités, y compris des chaises de sable, des parasols, équipement de plongée, des planches de bodyboard, top planches de surf doux, kayaks, et les refroidisseurs. Chuns Reef est le meilleur endroit pour les activités nautiques sur la Côte-Nord au cours des mois d'été calme !!!! L'été récif calme est parfait pour la plongée, le kayak, stand up paddle board et cours de surf débutant. piscines de marée en face de la maison peuvent fournir des heures d'exploration pour les plus petits.

Il y a d'incroyables surfs de classe mondiale devant la propriété pendant les mois d'hiver. Deux cames de surf sont situés sur la propriété. Pour vérifier les vagues directement en face de la propriété s'il vous plaît visiter et voir Chuns et Jackos spots de surf.

Toute la maison a été complètement réaménagée avec de beaux meubles balinais.

*** C'EST UNE PROPRIÉTÉ PARTAGÉE. IL YA TROIS UNITES PRIVEES SEPARES SUR LA PROPRIETE *** Chaque unité est autonome et complètement séparée des autres unités. Toutes les unités ont leur propre lanai privé. Vous voyez rarement d'autres invités à moins qu'ils ne se trouvent dans les parties communes.

Notre studio Oceanfront (liste VRBO # 552007) et Garden Studio (liste VRBO # 552011) peuvent également être loués individuellement ou avec la maison principale Oceanfront pour une location de maison entière. Une location de maison entière va dormir jusqu'à 10 invités.

** CLIMATISATION PROFESSIONNELLE NEUVE installée en juillet 2018 (PAS fenêtre AC). Nous avons 4 unités dans la maison principale à l'étage supérieur. La maison devient très belle et froide. **

La maison principale en bord de mer est située au deuxième étage. Le deuxième lanai étage offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan. La maison principale dispose d'une télévision 60 'Sony à écran plat dans le salon avec Apple TV et un lecteur DVD Sony. Il y a une «Sony TV à écran plat dans la chambre principale et 46 '55 écran plat Sony pouces dans la deuxième chambre.

Internet haute vitesse sans fil est disponible dans tout l'établissement.

La maison principale Oceanfront dispose d'une cuisine complète avec cuisinière, lave-vaisselle Viking, four à micro-ondes Cusinart, cafetière Cusinart et four de comptoir Breville. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des pots / casseroles, vaisselle et tous les ustensiles.

Il y a deux chambres. La chambre principale dispose d'un beau roi teck lit à baldaquin balinais. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes est ouverte sur le salon et dispose d'un lit queen. Tous les lits sont dotés de matelas à oreiller, couettes et oreillers en duvet. draps blancs frais sur tous les lits.

Salon dispose d'un canapé en plumes de mélange et une chaise. méridienne balinaise dans le salon est parfait pour regarder le coucher du soleil.

Il y a deux ensembles de laveuses et sécheuses à chargement frontal sur la propriété. Barbecue à gaz sur la véranda.

Il y a un jacuzzi en bord de mer au-dessus du sol.

Serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage, sèche-cheveux et fer à repasser sont fournis.

5 nuits minimum. S'il vous plaît renseigner sur les séjours plus courts.

Great location and lovely property!

My husband and our 2 kids ( 5 and 8) had an amazing week here. The beds and couches were super comfortable (unlike some rentals we've had in the past), the view was great and having all the water toys available for use was great for the kids. We'll definitely be back!

Great vacation with all the comforts of home

We had a great vacation at Chun's beach house. The location was great being on the beach and the added beach amenities (SUP, boogie boards, surf boards, hot tub etc. was icing on the cake.

A little piece of paradise

Our stay at Chun’s Reef was amazing, we loved every moment! The house is adorable and well-equipped. The staff who handled landscaping and housekeeping checked in and were lovely. You can’t beat the location. We will definitely be back!

Amazing

We spent 5 amazing days at Chun’s Reef Beach in the main house. We got to watch surfers every day, had whale sightings daily and also saw sea turtles. The water is very choppy so I wouldn’t recommend going in the water until the summer months, but the protected volcanic rock tide pools kept our kids entertained for hours. Location is fantastic, property is quite rustic but it just adds to the Hawaiian appeal. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

North Shore Oasis

Michelle’s property is absolutely stunning. The view is breathtaking. Being able to watch the surfers all day was so relaxing. The location is ideal to explore the north shore. We loved the easy access to the beach out front and having the ability to use all the beach toys provided. Really enjoyed the decor, nostalgic style and history of the house. While there are other rental units on the property everyone has their own private area and we barely saw other guests. You can see that Michelle has put a lot of thought and effort into making her place special. We would love to return one day. Don’t hesitate to book this special little oasis!

Chun's Reef Home

Location, location, location...when you think of Hawaii, this is the location you are thinking of. On the shore of one of the most popular beaches in the surfing world, Chun's Reef, this spot is perfect...unmatched!!! The home is a little dated and we could have used a 2nd bathroom, but overall, a fair price for the location. The traffic is a little tough in that area, but to be expected in that part of the North Shore. Michelle, the owner, was easy to get a hold of and Diane saw to your day to day needs. Both ladies were wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Chun’s Reef Paradise

First time staying in the North Shore & it’s was everything we wanted & needed. Michelle’s home is spectacular with a view to die for. It is decorated with fantastic pieces from all over the world- a collection of beauty and boho style. The house has everything you could possibly need for the beach, picnic or meals prepared at home. Don’t bother packing too much as the washer & dryer are great addition and so very appreciated. We walked to the surf competition and even saw the Eddie.. what an experience. We are already planning our summer trip.. Mahalo Michelle & Diane for all your help, recommendations & care of the home.

Stunning Chun’s Reef Property

Incredible Haleiwa Ocean front home - breathtaking location with magical ocean views. We loved gazing out at the rolling surf, spending time on the front porch, lounging in the living room - all with the million dollar view! The beach and tide pools below were awesome…….exploring or swimming, fishing, or surfing, paddle boarding, or walking down to Laniakea beach to see the large sea turtles…..all so Amazing! The home’s location and convenience to grocery shopping, Kahului sugar mill and food trucks, shrimp trucks, the quaint and cute town of Haleiwa - so much to do, see, and taste! Michelle was responsive, and helpful. If you are looking for an oceanfront North Shore location - look no further, you will not be disappointed! The owner has made so many water sports items available - the outdoor gazebo, showers, and hot tub are added bonuses. Everything is there for you to enjoy a Fabulous and Unforgettable North Shore visit.

Perfect house and location!

My family and I wanted a true “Hawaii Feel” when we visited the island and this house/location was exactly that! You will immensely enjoy this incredible house and its breathtaking views of the ocean while feeling a light, perfect breeze! The house is nestled in the perfect location on the North Shore… close to shopping, food trucks, snorkeling, hiking, and so much more! The owner Michelle is one of the best we have worked with as she is quick to respond and answers any questions you have! Michelle is generous enough to let you use all her beach items like paddle boards, surf boards, snorkels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. My family was able to save a lot of money that we were expecting to spend, simply by using the things provided! Our daughters are already talking about returning next year and we will most certainly plan our dates around when this house is available! Thank you Michelle for being wonderful!

Amazing views on the North Shore

You simply cannot beat the views of the ocean, watching the surfers from the lanai or hammock or hot tub! The views were amazing, due to some rough surf we did not venture in the water at Chun's Reef Beach but enjoyed watching the surfers. Super easy access into Haleiwa to grab a bite to eat as well. We would definitely return.

Great Beach Vacation

Loved this home. Our experience was great - home met the expectations created from the listing and the owner was very responsive/helpful. The location is amazing at Chums beach. The home is well-appointed with great appliances and beach equipment. There is one fully private bedroom with the other beds in the living space. That worked for our family but may not work for everyone. We had a great holiday at Chums Reef and would consider returning.

Feels like you're on the beach without getting sandy

We loved this beach house! So close to the water we didn't even have to go down to the beach to feel like we were on the beach! Beach was lovely too though. House was just as awesome as the pictures look with everything you need to cook, sleep or play. I didn't need for a thing. Owner was awesome to work with as well and made us feel quite welcome. Highly recomend staying here. Close to the small town as well.

Extremely well equipped inside in every way, great location, wonderfully responsive owner, but what makes this place incredible is that it is basically right at the ocean and the views from the lanai at sunset, at most times watching the surfers, and of the rainbows are unforgettable.

Perfect location, thoughtful amenities

We've stayed in five different north shore properties over the years and this one is by far the best of them all. The location is perfect, on the beach, between Shark's Cove and Haleiwa. Tons of big kid beach toys, a spa, grills, hammock, I can go on and on. The unit is well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you Michelle!!

Hidden gem

I hesitate giving this place 5 stars only for the pure selfish reason of too many people booking it and it not being available for our next stay. The house had everything you could need, AC, washer dryer, beautiful location, and tons of toys to use at the beach. We were disappointed that we didn't stay here sooner or longer. There are other tenants on the property but they have a completely separate entrance so you rarely see them except maybe down at the beach.

Paradise on Chun's Reef Beach

This property is the most incredible place we have ever stayed at and we have been traveling to the North Shore for over 25 years. The house sits on an amazing beach and the house has every water and beach toy you could ever imagine! It is hard to leave this beach. There are turtles every day on the shore. The sunsets are the best while sitting in the jacuzzi or having dinner overlooking the ocean. The house is in a great location close to everything. The house even has air conditioning which is hard to find in the Islands. They really have everything at this house you could think of. It was such a great experience working with Michelle and she made it all so easy and comfortable for our vacation. This place is truly paradise on Chun's Reef beach!

Absolute perfection!

The location is perfect with the beach a few steps away and the ocean in your front yard. The house was spacious and very well equipped. No need for rental equipment because Kayaks, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even wetsuits and sun hats were supplied. Michelle was available with any questions with a very quick response time. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The highway in front is pretty busy, but people are good about letting you in. I would highly recommend Chuns reef beach house!

Awesome View of Waves & Beach

It was great waking up each morning to the rolling high surf (with surfers) and the beautiful beach right next door, so easy to access from the property. The house had all the right kitchen appliances and utensils for good cooking. It was a joy to stay there.

Simply perfect!

This is our second year staying here. We travel quite a bit, domestically and internationally and this is our top place to stay the world over. The setting is idyllic with good waves, beautiful beach, snorkeling, whales, and sunsets literally on the property. The home is gorgeous and well decorated with everything you need to live a normal life and feel at home. Safe secluded and very close to town (30 min walk or 5 min drive).

Amazing house in fantastic location!

This house is amazing. It is in a perfect location and is incredibly comfortable and well stocked for almost any activity, indoor and outdoor. The beds are heavenly and the kitchen has a great selection of nice but durable cookware and dishes. We were happy to see attention to little details - nice Tupperware for leftovers (never found in most rentals but surprisingly helpful), a GREAT blender for daiquiris and pesto, a portable cooler for beach time, great snorkeling gear, outdoor lighting and lots of seating for meals in the lanai. I could go on and on but don’t want this house to be booked too often that we can’t get back in :) The only downside of this location is traffic at certain times of day - which unfortunately was unavoidable for north shore around New Years. We took it as a great opportunity to hang out at our own perfect beach!
