Experience a luxurious holiday in our newly built villa “Cyprus Pearl”, built in 2024 in contemporary concrete style, located in the quiet and picturesque area of Chloraka, near Paphos.


This detached villa offers you the highest comfort and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea, which is only 900 meters away as the crow flies.

The villa is stylish and modernly furnished to ensure you a comfortable and luxurious stay. Bright rooms with large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer great views. Blinds and full-area curtains provide the necessary privacy and darkness in the night hours.

On the ground floor you will find a large living/dining area with direct access to the covered terrace, ideal for cozy evenings outdoors. Our modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has all the necessary electrical appliances and a variety of kitchen utensils. The living area is equipped with a large TV to provide you with the best entertainment (Netflix and Prime Video). The guest toilet completes the offer.

Air conditioning, underfloor heating (for the cooler season) and Wi-Fi are available throughout the villa. The building is alarm-secured and the property is video-surveillance for security reasons.

Upstairs there are a total of three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and offers not only direct sea views, but also access to a private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom, also equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), offers a side sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). These two bedrooms share a bathroom, with shower, in the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and TV. The entire upper floor is provided with a real wooden floor, which gives a warm and welcoming ambience.

Enjoy relaxing hours in our private infinity pool overlooking the sparkling ocean and breathtaking sunsets. A well-kept garden surrounds the villa and offers you an idyllic retreat.

The villa is located in a quiet location, ideal for rest and relaxation in Chloraka - a charming village with traditional flair, small shops and cozy cafes.

The city of Paphos, with its historical sites, restaurants and shopping, is just a short drive away.

The sea is within sight and within walking distance of a few minutes – perfect for a quick stroll by the sea or numerous water sports activities.

Explore the famous archaeological sites of Paphos, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as opportunities for excursions into nature.

Access for guests


Our guests have access to the entire property, including the villa, the garden, the terrace and the pool. Please note that the technical room (especially the pool equipment) is reserved for staff only and should only be entered if you need utensils such as vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning bucket, laundry baskets, brooms, clothes rack or baby/child chairs.
