With a living space of 150 sqm, Villa Serenita offers space for 6+2 people in three modern bedrooms with smart TV and air conditioning, as well as three fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen and a harmoniously designed living and dining room. Breakfast can also be prepared for you on request.

A large 40 sqm pool directly in front of the villa invites you to swim and relax. For those who prefer to swim in the crystal-clear sea, the beach is only 25m away from the villa.

Relax on the comfortable sun loungers, with a cool drink, dive into your favourite book, or simply be enchanted by the view of the blue Adriatic Sea.

The simple elegance extends from the outdoor area to the bedrooms and will enchant you. Inside, you'll find a living area with a fireplace where you can relax and listen to your favourite music.
