House and property was amazing. Quiet and just a few minutes out of town. Place was clean, host was amazing. Met us to give us keys and a bottle of wine was in the fridge already. Felt like home and was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, the patio area was an amazing place to sit and enjoy the view. The pool was also refreshing. Beautiful property to walk around and enjoy, along with the atmosphere was an all around excellent experience and property. Already planning to return.

The villa is truly amazing. Beautiful quiet location, but only 5 mins drive into Tivira. Lovely beaches and loved the old town. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Rosa is a wonderful place that we have already visited twice. It is located just a few minutes from Tavira, yet in an absolutely peaceful setting. The villa offers complete privacy and a beautiful view over the hills all the way to Tavira.It is well equipped, with a comfortable living room, a large kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Outside, there is a large terrace, a big garden and, on top of that, a very nice swimming pool (approx. 6 x 5 meters) with four deckchairs.We received a warm welcome from the very friendly host, Dina. She is a lovely lady and an excellent communicator. We hope to come back someday.

Villa Rosa is absolutely delightful. Very comfortable with all you could want/need. It is in easy distance of Tavira and set in glorious countryside. Dina could not have been more helpful and friendly. Even the pool was ready for us and I did take a couple of chilly dips before heating up again on the sun loungers in the March sunshine. We loved it and would happily return

Magic place

The property is only 7 minutes from old Tavira and is very private on the hills. It has everything you need including a BBQ. We loved having breakfast by the pool and enjoy the beautiful and relaxing views. Dina the host is great and so easy to communicate with.

Relaxing location

Great Property; Great Location about 2km from Tavira. 2nd year here in a row staying at property. Very nice property; needs minimal update but still gave it a 5 star.

A Special Place

We spent nine days on this beautiful property. It’s a very special place. Dina, the property manager was very responsive and wonderful to deal with.

Beautiful, peaceful house in ditto landscape

Inside, the house was very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Great bathrooms. It's quite remote, so you can't walk to restaurants or shops, but you get complete peace and privacy, with a glorious outside space.

Wonderful holiday.

An excellent holiday, in a 5 star villa. The accommodation was superb, so comfortable, with all mod cons. Peaceful location, excellent swimming pool. Some lovely walks in the countryside, a car is essential due to location, but the villa is within easy reach of golf courses, beaches and the lovely town of Tavira. Highly recommended.

Countryside stay near Tavira

A lovely Villa located in a picturesque valley just outside Taveria giving you lovely views over the countryside.The garden had an array of Fig, Orange and Pomegranate trees which we took advantage of for freshly squeezed orange juice in the mornings.The villa has all the facilities you need for a relaxing break and a pool to cool you down from the afternoon heat.We found Tavira perfect for bars and restaurants and the beach (via the ferry),which was only a 10 minute drive away using the back road where plenty of parking was also available.

Peaceful and quiet in rural location yet convenient to all necessary amenities. Pool and house had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Tavira was a short drive away. The host Dina was very helpful and always available to answer any queries. We would consider booking this property again.

Lovely stay

Staying here was a real treat. The weather was glorious and so we were able to enjoy the pool. Picking our own oranges to juice each morning was a wonderful treat. The location and views were stunning. The kitchen was well equipped but could do with a little tlc as a few drawer knobs were loose. However we really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Dina

Idyllic location.

Perfection location. Peaceful and quiet but with easy, quick access to Tavira. Everything we needed at the villa to relax and recharge our batteries. The villa is very comfortable with lovely outdoor space and a nice pool. Dina was amazingly kind and helpful and responded quickly when we needed advice and patient when we locked ourselves out of the villa!! We have had a wonderful holiday. We very much hope to visit again next year.
