The cottage has a ground-floor bedroom with two single box-spring beds and an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and an extra sleeping area. It also includes a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, not to mention a lovely infrared sauna in the upstairs bedroom.

The large, sunny garden is fully fenced, making it ideal for children and dogs. It features both an open and covered terrace, equipped with a lounge set, heat radiator, parasol, barbecue, and a dining table for six, as well as two sunbeds. A gazebo contains game materials for various activities, guaranteeing hours of entertainment under the sun.
