Great condo, just very poor customer service.

The condo was very spacious, updated and nicely decorated. It had everything you needed for en enjoyable stay, as well as accomodations for toddlers.

A Great Galveston Beach condo!

This is a spacious well-equipped 2BR 2BA condo right across the street from Babe's Beach. All rooms, kitchen, appliances were all spotless. Pool area and grounds were well maintained. The unit had everything we could ever have needed, including a pack-n-play, high chair, beach/pool toys, plenty of towels, soap, seating, utensils, exhaust fans, nightlights, games, coffee maker and supplies. Very helpful staff at check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

For the price and a long weekend this place hit the spot! It was clean and had all the basics we needed. It was basic however, maybe because our stay was short, but you only have 1 extra trash bag and 1 laundry pod. We only could find 2 pool towels, and a place that lists it fits 4, I expected more pool towels. This place can easily fit 6 people as the couch pulls out to a bed, so not sure why it's only listed at 4 people. With a king and queen bed as well.The listing pictures are a little out of date, and it didn't list a high chair, but we were happy to find one in the closet. Along with the pack n play and umbrella stroller! This is our 2nd time in this specific condo (we stayed 5years ago) and it definitely improved since our last stay. But over those 5 years , we've stayed in 4 other condos at the Dawn and enjoyed the amenities in those condos more. BUT, you can't beat this price!We love the pool and proximity to the beach and Walmart. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent place for a family to stay.

My family stayed here for 7 days. We loved how clean and inviting it was upon walking through the door after the long drive we had. It felt a lot like home. Plenty of space for the week. There were 5 of us. Three adults a teenager and a younger child. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Even a family with small children. We loved how close it was to one of the two pools. The wall to the beach was quick, just across the street. The one and only complaint we had was that we didn't have acces to a charcoal grill next to our pool like the other had (with grills and picnic tables) We cooked out several times and it was difficult at times to carry everything there to cook and back to our place. Over all great place to stay and great experience.

Amazing as always!! There were a few small things needing fixed the last time we stayed at this specific condo, but they had made the fixes this time and all was good! Very clean, property was clean and beautiful!! Would definitely recommend staying here

My complaint about the communication was due to the fact that I asked if they had a hair dryer at the facility and was told "no and to bring one." I was flying and did not want to bring unnecessary items. They had two hair dryers in the location.... Do not know who is answering questions but someone should know something.... other than the one item, everything else was excellent.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place is right across from the beach. The apartment was clean and had a lot of included household items. TV’s worked fine, shower water pressure was therapeutic, and patio overlooking the pool was nice. Location is right next to the Walmart. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Dream get away

This had everything my family needed for a great beach vacation! Check in and out was easy. Close to the beach and the complex has two pools that are great for families. Have stayed before and will definitely try to stay again.

Beautiful and spacious condo

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! It was right across from the beach. The pool was nice and not overcrowded! There was plenty of items in kitchen to cook meals if you wanted to. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!
