Great stay, felt right at home. My kiddos enjoyed the pool and watching the jellyfish in the canal float by. Would definitely recommend!

Sunset Oasis at Dawn Patrol

We loved the sunsets, the pool, the layout and the convenience to Rockport! Don’t miss out on a visit to all the quaint shops - I think the owners of Dawn Patrol must shop at these boutiques because the decor was sooooooooo cute!

Pleasant stay in a nice, clean airy home. The layout was family friendly and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary supplies for a homey feel and an enjoyable stay. The pool is smaller than expected but still managed to keep our boys occupied.

Great home!

Had everything we needed would definitely stay again. Only suggestions for future improvements would be adding some shade over the pool. It was like bath water during the day but it was nice having a private pool!

Memorial Day Get Away

The only issue we had was the door code didn’t work but text them and they took care of me in less than 5 minutes. Great place and I highly recommend it!

Lovely beach rental for families

The house is very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of seating in and out. The 4th bedroom/bathroom is downstairs on its own which the teenagers loved!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock area. The raccoons were fun to watch running around the houses. AC was plenty cold, beds were nice and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay!

Wonderfully furnished, and great layout for enjoying with friends. Plenty of space to gather and hang out comfortably after a long day of fishing. Plenty of space on the ground level patio or 2nd story deck for a group meal and evening conversations while watching the sunset at the end of the canal. Rooms were great, comfortable, and couldn't have asked for much more.

Great Family Home! Convenient Location!

The home was perfect with plenty of room, several king size beds, & of course the pool!! The grandkids loved every minute & we even caught some fish right behind the house. Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood! Convenient Location!

Excellent Vacation Home

Our neighbors and my family shared this house for a few days and we had a wonderful time. The layout of the house is great. It was very clean! There is a private pool and an area to fish right in front of the house. It’s only about a 6 minute drive to Rockport Beach. We definitely recommend this house!

The house was beautiful just like the pictures showed and the layout worked perfectly for our family. However, we had issues with small roaches in kitchen and restroom areas. Previously having a vacation home on a canal, we understand that even with regular pest control maintenance, you will find them downstairs, however, finding them upstairs daily and having to buy spray to kill them was a little frustrating.

Family fun in Rockport

Our family had a fun-filled time at the Dawn Patrol house! The kids enjoyed the pool and the relaxing outdoor patios. The outdoor sink and mini-fridge came in handy and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had no technical issues and everything worked well. We were minutes away from Rockport beach and the drive to Corpus Christi was not too long either. Very peaceful as well!

Relaxing weekend

We brought our boat down for a long weekend. This was perfect. We were able to launch at the harbor and have the boat parked at the house for our entire stay. Beats the heck out of loading a boat in and out of the water 3-4 times on a long weekend (Fri-Mon). Very clean and fully equipped!

Just WOW

What a beautiful home that allowed us to gather and make memories as a family. I cannot say anything negative - it was a 10/10 stay! The home is beautiful and offers everything you’d need for a weekend getaway. The private pool is so nice to retreat to and both upstairs and downstairs patio areas are so comfortable and perfectly shaded. We will absolutely be back and recommend this home to other family and friends. Thank you so much for the opportunity to experience such an awesome beach home!

Great start for boys fishing trip

We stayed on a 4 night fishing trip. The home was perfect. Very clean. Had everything we needed for bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room and kitchen. The dock was a little tight for our fishing boat with the boat lift structure in the way but we made it work. We also used the fish cleaning station daily. It was perfect. The only negative was not planning a longer trip. Thank for an amazing stay.

Family Time

Enjoyed the leisure of walking out to fish right in the backyard. Water was too cold so we weren't able to enjoy your beautiful pool. But enough patio area to play games and relax. Home was beautiful and I loved the dual shower heads, Big plus for me, lots of areas throughout the house to lounge around. Plenty of utensils and cookware to cook, only lacked your basic salt and pepper. Other than that had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. Would definitely rent again
