Amazing Super Clean House with everything you could possibly need!

This house is absolutely amazing and located in a great location central to everything! Everything in this house is 1st class and super clean. It’s furnished with almost everything you could ever need for your trip. The owner of this home is a very nice guy and super helpful for ensuring that your trip is as perfect as possible! He was more than willing to help us with any special accommodations needed for a service dog! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice home for a family vacation or extended stay! A and very highly recommended!!

Two car garage with Bicycles, cooler, beach chairs, and other equipment available for use.
Several Iguanas were often seen sun bathing on the back dock! Very cool to see!

Great house great area

This is a beautiful house and a very nice location. Everything you could possibly need. The host Waldemar could not have been more helpful. His wife came over to help us when we got locked out which is a 20 minute drive. She was there very quickly. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Enjoyed property very much, it was very well stocked and clean. My only surprise was the amount to use the heated pool which we new would be an additional cost. Should inquiry first about amount especially if on a budget.

Dear Suzanne, we have disclosed the charge of electrical consumption and propane usage for heating the pool on our website since 2010, further we have send you an quote with all charges associated renting our property in advance before you signed the rental contract. We didn't stop here, with sending the lease contract all charges displayed "BOLD" in the lease which you have accepted. During the check IN on the day of arrival we walked the outside and read the Propane & electrical meter, where the charges have been disclosed again and explained how much it cost per diem. Further I mention during the check IN, it would be beneficial to use the pool blanket to preserve the Pool heat overnight which hasn't been done. All information have been disclosed several times before you and your family took possessions of the Villa Savona. Great Home

This home was very nice, inside and out! Nice long pool, unique bar, and deck off the back. We went fishing in the canal and actually caught fish! My family and I had a great week here. It is close to many beaches too. Waldo was very helpful in everything we could have wanted. He recommended many different places to eat that were all excellent. Thank you for a great week! Next time ..... maybe 2 weeks. : )

This property shows way better then the listing The house is very spacious and decorated nicely The location of the house is perfect A short few minute ride to beaches The outside entertaining area makes it hard to leave to go to other places The house is stocked with everything you need and more We were very happy with our choice to rent this vacation home I hope to return again Waldemar is very helpful and made the process of renting very easy He is a nice guy and personable I’d give it 10 stars if I could !

Exceptionally clean, complete and responsive host!

The house was just as pictured but without a desk. So very clean! And so completely stocked: tons of towels including pool towels. Kitchen totally stocked including spices, cleaning supplies, tissue etc. I did bring my own Keurig and 9X13 baking pan. The host was incredibly accommodating, helpful and responsive to any questions. Do note that you are responsible for paying utilities including pool heat. Depending on weather, budget $40 to $90 per day to heat pool to 82-85. Cape Coral surprised us with the busy traffic and horrid tasting water, but this house is nicely located with some bike lanes nearby. If we ever come back to SW FL would certainly choose this property again!

We had an absolutely perfect vacation in this home!

We felt at home from the very first minute. The cleanliness and facilities were impeccable, everything was perfectly thought out and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The house was also ideal for our 8 month old son, no stairs and there was even a crib and baby chair available.The location of the house is just perfect - the sunny side offers a wonderful view and the pool is just right for enjoying the day in the sunlight. The privacy is more than adequate thanks to the great location of the house, we were able to relax and enjoy our peace at all times.The host was great - always helpful, available and flexible. We could always count on him if we had any questions or concerns. His friendliness and hospitality made our vacation even more perfect.We can recommend this vacation home without reservation and would love to come back! The combination of perfect facilities, great location and great host makes it a real highlight. We felt completely at home and will certainly not forget this vacation home. 5 stars absolutely deserved!

Wonderful home!

Home was fully stocked with everything you would need PLUS some. Beds were very comfortable & the patio and pool area was amazing! The home is located in a fantastic area of Cape Coral (close to EVERYTHING) and a short drive to the beach.

Stayed here for 45 nights to escape the cold NY temps. Weather was perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay here at the Savona. The house is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. I especially loved the neighborhood it’s located in. Took long walks everyday and all the neighbors were very friendly. Coming back next year.

Summer getaway

Stayed here with another family for the week. The house was clean and accurately described according to the listing. Waldemar was readily available and a great host. House was fully stocked with items and towels. There were also 3 bicycles, fishing poles and beach chairs in the garage to use. We also rented the boat for 2 days which was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Everything you need!

Property was in a great location. Very spacious and extremely well stocked. Had everything we needed. Manager came and lit grill for us right away - brought us fishing poles. Perfect spot for a family that wants some space with all the amenities. Pool was excellent as well.

Best vacation we've had

This was one of the best vacations we've had. We've been renting beach houses for over 30 years and by far this was one of the best ever and we plan on renting it again. The house was immaculate and very clean. We took the boat out 2 days and loved every second of it. The captain that gave us instructions recommended a few beaches that were amazing as well as needed advice about the area even for an experienced Lake Erie boater as myself. Can't say too much more or it won't be available when we want it next year. The owner was wonderful as well and runs a very organized and thorough operation. Turnkey at every step. Cannot give him enough credit. 9 of us talked about it on our flights back to Cleveland. A+ from the Shaffer family! Thanks Mr Gerlich for the memories.

Awesome Property!

This was a great vacation for me and my four kids. The house was very well taken care of and Waldemar was very responsive throughout the entire process. We also rented the boat for six days and were able to be on the water every day that we were there. Overall a great experience!

Great Family Vacation

We stayed at Villa Savona during our family vacation. House was spotless and beautiful in a very safe neighborhood. Location was very convenient with grocery stores, restaurants and stores all within a 5 minute drive. Fort Myers beach is also an easy 20 minute drive. Can’t wait to vacation in Cape Coral again soon. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic getaway with the family. The pool was wonderful. Plenty of space, lots of room for everybody. Travelled with a 9 month old who loved the pool, heated! Couches were comfy. Kitchen had every gadget you could dream of. Outdoor bar and fridge was ideal. Easy access to fort Myers and Sanibel beaches. Top notch!
