Currumbin Beachfront Mansion 🌊 Architect-designed, with the beach across the street and views over Currumbin Alley, the coastline and the hinterland from every level. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8, spread across two self-contained levels with a rooftop terrace on top.

THE ROOFTOP
Our rooftop terrace has an outdoor lounge and dining area and a bioethanol fire pit, looking out over Currumbin Alley and up the coastline. It's accessible from both top-level bedrooms, and it's where everyone ends up at sunset.

TOP LEVEL
The master suite has unobstructed ocean views, a walk-in robe and its own sitting room. Alongside it is a self-contained guest room, private and comfortable. This level sleeps 4.

MID LEVEL
Open living and kitchen with bi-fold doors that open all the way around to the Alley and hinterland views. Spotted Gum timber floors throughout, a dining area, a TV lounge with a Smart TV (log in to your own Netflix, Prime Video and other streaming accounts), and a full laundry. Drinking water is filtered throughout the whole house.

BOTTOM LEVEL
A self-contained apartment with its own lift access, kitchenette, bathroom, TV and balcony, plus its own outdoor seating and dining. A queen bedroom and an adjoining room with a double bed. This level sleeps 4.

Lift access between levels makes the multi-level layout easy for all ages.

PARKING AND PETS
Parking is in the driveway for 2 cars. The garage is used for our storage and isn't available to guests. We're pet-friendly for well-behaved dogs (fee applies, and we ask that they stay off the furniture). There's a pet door from the mid level to the backyard.

GOOD TO KNOW
Currumbin sits under the Gold Coast Airport flight path, so you'll hear planes from time to time. The house is concrete construction with double-glazed windows, and it doesn't bother us, but it's worth knowing before you book anywhere in Currumbin.
