The Atlantic takes center stage in the living room. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring in plenty of natural light while giving you beautiful views of the ocean from inside the condo. Settle onto the sofa after a day at the beach, catch a movie, or simply sit back and watch the waves roll in. Slide open the doors and your private oceanfront balcony is just steps away. If you'd rather not use the bunks, the queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides an alternative sleeping arrangement. Rest Ashore accommodates a maximum of four guests.

COMING TO CHERRY GROVE TO FISH?
Pack your fishing gear. Cherry Grove has long been a favorite destination for anglers, and Rest Ashore puts you in a great location for making fishing part of your vacation. Try your luck surf fishing from the beach, head to the nearby Cherry Grove Park & Boat Ramp for public fishing and boat access, visit the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, or book a local fishing charter for a day on the water. The nearby public boat landing includes a boat launch, floating dock, fishing pier, kayak launch, and fish-cleaning station — particularly convenient if you're bringing a boat or hoping to cook the day's catch back at the condo.

Important: This condo complex offers its own private fishing pier directly in front of the property; however, the pier is currently closed due to hurricane damage and will not be available for the 2026 season.

>> Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
>>Refundable Security Deposit Required
A refundable security deposit will be collected for this property. It is returned in full if no damages are found after checkout.
>> Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
>> Is parking included? Yes, parking is free for two cars. You will receive two parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. Guest must have a guest parking tag displayed in window- no assigned parking (Note: Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed at this property; please make alternate parking arrangements.)
>> Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
>> Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
>> Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service to remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
>> Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
>> Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.
