The house is located directly on the holiday resort's small lake with a spacious jetty.

The luxurious holiday villa with allergy-friendly equipment offers plenty of space for 5 people. The property with a sunny garden and terrace, lawn, modern garden furniture, beach chair, bicycle racks and 2 parking spaces is completely fenced.

On the ground floor there is the large living and dining room, patio doors with access to the terrace and beautiful garden directly on the lake, the open kitchen in country house style and separate storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron, etc., as well as the entrance hallway with a separate Guest toilet.

The kitchen is generously furnished with a gas stove (4 hobs), oven, microwave (in the storage room), refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, etc. A fireplace in the living room ensures comfort. All floors in the house are covered with vinyl floors, except for the bathroom (tiles).
