This townhome is just a couple of steps away from the TPC Myrtle Beach Clubhouse. TPC remains the only Myrtle Beach Golf Course in the area to be awarded 5 stars by Golf Digest magazine. This vacation home is located on the property of Cold Stream Cove and you will have access to a gorgeous privately gated inground pool & pool house.

If you are looking for a luxury, this vacation townhouse is the place for you. This 1900 sq. foot home is fully loaded with everything you need to get your vacation started on the right foot. To start, we have a very spacious kitchen and it's equipped with all the essentials you will need to prepare a nice meal for your group. It features a dishwasher, Microwave, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven. It is also stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, coffee mugs and plenty of pots & pans for the meals you want to prepare. We also have a grill for you to enjoy for those days you would like to barbeque outside.

We have a very nice dinning room that seats 6. This dinning room has beautiful hardwood floors. In addition to the dinner room table we have a 4 seat wood kitchen table.

When its time to relax, we have a very nice living room set for you to enjoy. This set features a matching sofa & love seat and designer chair. All while watching a 55" Flat screen. We also have a gas fire place to make you feel right at home (cold months only).

The first floor also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. No need to over pack or take dirty clothes home with you!

You also will enjoy a quite & peaceful large screened in porch that backs up to a wooded area. Its a perfect place to relax and unwind outdoors and still be protected from the elements.

This house features 4 bedrooms which all rooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TV's.

The master bedroom on the main floor. It is It features a King Bed with a therapeutic mattress for you to enjoy. This room has a 40" flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The large master bathroom has a ceramic tile stand up shower which is very spacious. Along side the shower is has a jetted garden bath tub for you to relax in. To round out this master suite you can store your clothes in a very large walk in closet attached to the master bath. This bedroom will not disappoint it's true luxury!

2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms, a loft and a full bathroom.

The second bedroom also features a king size bed. This room has a 27" flat screen TV as well as a large closet and plenty of drawer space to store you clothes and stay awhile.

The third bedroom is very spacious and has 2 full size beds. It has a 40" Flat Screen TV as well as another large walk in closet.

The fourth bedroom is a converted office that has a queen size bed for you to enjoy. It's a perfect extra bedroom for large families or maybe a 4th golfer that wants his or her own space. Also has a 32" Flat Screen TV

We have also offer free WiFi for our guests. You don't have to worry about linens and towels, they part of your package! We also include a free Huntington Beach State Park pass. You present the pass to guard shack and your entire car load gets in free to a private beach. This beach is not crowded and has a great picnic area for you to enjoy. You can also bike, hike and fish in this park. It's just 12 minutes away from the house. We also provide 4 beach chairs for you to use during your stay.

If you are a golfer, the TPC Myrtle beach course is one of the best in the entire Myrtle Beach area. You are steps away from the clubhouse. This course is also home to the Dustin Johnson Golf School if you would like to brush up on your game. In addition to the TPC course there are over 100 more wonderful courses in the area for you to enjoy. I recommend Caledonia, True Blue, Heritage Club & Pawleys Plantation are just a few of my favorites.

The location of this home in Murrells Inlet is 15 minutes away from the airport and Just a few minutes away from the very popular Marsh Walk that features a variety of restaurants for you to enjoy a nice meal right on the water. This is also a great place to go if you are looking for some nightlife in the area.
