Relax and unwind on Sun Cove’s shore of Lake Entiat along the Columbia River. The Mager Lake Home is a comfortable, 3 level, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom waterfront home with a spacious waterside deck and patio to enjoy the outdoors.

Sun Cove amenities include a community swimming pool, rec center with pool table and foosball table, boat launch, playground, volleyball court, frisbee golf course, basketball court, and pickleball and tennis court.

The homes main level offers a comfortable, open living room and kitchen area are great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, bakeware, cookware, glassware and small appliances. Enjoy visiting with friends and family with bar seating for 3 while preparing your meals or refreshments. The bench style dining table can seat 8. The main level also has a powder room and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The upper level offers a waterview master suite furnished with a king size bed and has a private balcony. The adjoining master bath offers an oversized tile shower with dual shower heads.

Also on the upper level is the second waterview bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and has a private balcony. There is also a full bathroom.

The lower level is a great space for your younger group or an additional family with kids. It offers a family room that includes a television, double sized sofa sleeper, and kitchenette all which open out to the walk out patio and lawn. There is also a third waterview bedroom furnished with a queen size bed. This level offers a bathroom with shower.

The Mager Lake Home has high speed internet service and wifi that can be used for television streaming (cable programming is not set up). The home also offers air conditioning.

Enjoy watching the water activities from the spacious deck with table seating for 6 and 4 lounge chairs. There is also a Blackstone griddle grill with dual air fry trays.

The lower level patio offers a propane fire table with seating for 6 to enjoy as the evenings cool down. The lawn is a great place to play a game of badminton or bocce ball.

The Mager Lake Home is a short drive to Chelan for dining and shopping, minutes away from the world class Desert Canyon Golf course and restaurant as well as Rocky Pond Winery, and about 20 miles from Wenatchee.
