The chalet boasts a fully fenced, child- and pet-safe plot of 450 m², offering privacy and security for your loved ones. Up to two pets are welcome at this property, allowing both family members and furry companions to enjoy the natural setting. The exceptional location near the beach and the lake provides direct access to water-based activities, such as swimming, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, Jet Ski, and fishing, as well as scenic walks along the shore. Golf, cycling, Nordic walking, jogging, and birdwatching can be enjoyed in the picturesque surroundings. The region is also noted for excellent opportunities for water sports and outdoor adventures.

With a living space of 70 m², the chalet features a bright and airy interior. The living and dining areas are tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, and an elegant dining table, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, water kettle, and a comprehensive selection of utensils, dishes, and cutlery. For added convenience, a washer and dryer (available for communal use) are at your disposal.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, comfortably sleeping four guests, and is fitted with beds featuring open-ended footboards. Both sleeping and living spaces benefit from large windows with fly screens and blackout options, providing flexibility in light and temperature control. Air conditioning and solar-powered heating ensure year-round comfort. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC, while an additional guest toilet further enhances the practicality, especially for family stays.

About Our Holiday Park

Our holiday park delights its guests with its unique location on the IJsselmeer. It is situated close to the town of Enkhuizen, known for its seventeenth-century historic centre and numerous listed buildings. If you love being by, in, or on the water, you’ve come to the right place!

Enkhuizen lies at the easternmost tip of North Holland, surrounded by the waters of the IJsselmeer. Thanks to this exceptional location, the town is very popular with tourists. Its harbour and fantastic watersports opportunities attract enthusiasts year after year. Have you always wanted to try kitesurfing or learn to sail? Enkhuizen is the perfect place to do just that, as the local watersports centre offers plenty of opportunities.

Our chalets are just a short distance from the water. In no time at all, you can be on the sandy beach, ready to jump straight into the cool water. All the holiday homes in our park are built sustainably and equipped with heat pumps and solar panels. Our front-row chalets offer the luxury of direct access to the IJsselmeer.

Culture and Historic Towns of North Holland

From our park, you can quickly reach the historic centre of Enkhuizen on foot or by bike, where time seems to have stood still. The monumental buildings, old defensive works, and the Zuiderzee Museum instantly transport you back to the Dutch Golden Age. Close by is the picturesque town of Medemblik, where quaint houses and characteristic gables line the narrow streets. Explore the medieval Radboud Castle or learn all about beer brewing at the Radboud city brewery.

Other beautiful towns in the area include Hoorn and Alkmaar, famous for its cheese. A trip to Amsterdam is also well worth it – from our Enkhuizen station, which offers free parking, you can reach the city centre in around 50 minutes by train.
