The swimming pool and tropical backyard are fully enclosed and thoughtfully designed for privacy. Surrounded by lush greenery, the outdoor area offers a peaceful space to swim, relax and enjoy time together in the Miami sunshine.

A pool safety net is also available upon request and can be installed before your arrival.

BEDROOMS

Green Pearl Miami comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The primary suite features a King bed, private ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed.

All beds have high-quality mattresses and extra pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep.

KITCHEN AND COFFEE

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils and a variety of appliances, giving you everything you need for breakfast, family meals or dinner at home.

We also provide Nespresso capsules, drip coffee, chamomile tea, olive oil, salt, pepper and a generous selection of spices and seasonings to get you started.

Arriving after a long flight? You can settle in and enjoy your first coffee or tea without having to make an immediate trip to the store.

The cozy yet elegant living room features an oversized plush sofa with plenty of space to relax together.

Green Pearl Miami is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from Coral Gables, with convenient access to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shopping, parks and many of Miami’s most popular areas.

The home is also conveniently located near hospitals and medical centers, making it a comfortable option for guests visiting Miami for medical appointments or treatment, as well as families wanting to stay close to a loved one.

Coral Gables is approximately 3 minutes away.

Miami International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away.

Tropical Park is nearby.

Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shopping are just minutes away.

Driving times may vary depending on traffic.

PARKING AND ACCESS

Private driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Guests have access to the entire home, swimming pool and backyard during their stay.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM.

Guests receive a unique 4-digit Yale smart-lock code on the morning of arrival. For security, the code is active only from the scheduled check-in time until check-out.

Additional arrival and access information is provided to confirmed guests.

HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY

Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted.

No diving is permitted in the pool.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool.

For property and guest security, there are 3 exterior security cameras monitoring entry areas only. There are no cameras inside the home, and the private pool and backyard are not recorded. Exterior security cameras must remain operational during the reservation.

SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE

Our professional service teams regularly maintain the property and outdoor spaces.

Landscaping takes place every other Tuesday morning.

Pool service takes place every Tuesday around 12 PM.

Garbage collection takes place Mondays and Thursdays. Bins should be placed outside by the curb the night before collection.

Guests may occasionally see our service providers outside during these scheduled visits.
