This cozy 35 m² apartment can accommodate 4 people. It will be ideal for a business trip or a family trip. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower. The decor of the apartment is very cozy and homely, personalized by finishing with subtle decorations and stylish furniture. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can relax with a morning cup of tea or coffee in the fresh air. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen SmartTV (+ cable TV), air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. A wide range of bathroom and kitchen amenities (including a washing machine, oven and ironing equipment) meet the needs of our guests during their travels. The property is an ideal choice for anyone who appreciates comfort and functionality, but also aesthetics. Complimentary toiletries, linens and towels are provided to facilitate the start of each stay. The apartment also comes with a private parking space in the underground parking garage, which is an asset, especially during the holiday season.
