This peaceful, modern unit is just a few blocks away from the Country Club Plaza, this historic 15-city-block open-air district is a global attraction. The 3rd floor unit is equipped with modern and practical furniture. The bathroom and kitchen are fully stocked with all that you need, making this a stress-free stay. You will be safe with a doorbell lock and hallway camera, and in-unit temperature control through the thermostat on the right side wall of the living room leading to the hallway.

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, but excluding the owner`s closets and storage areas, which are locked.

Myself or a member of our team will be available during your stay if you need anything at all, but we prefer to give our guests space.
If the fob is lost, you will have to pay a replacement fee of $100.

If you would like to request a late checkout or early check-in, please do so as soon as possible to increase the chances of us being able to accommodate you.
