• Safety Notice: The oceanside patio/sea wall area does not have protective railings. Children should be supervised at all times, and guests should use extra caution near the seawall.



• If a bad storm is approaching, we will advise guest if evacuation is mandatory. Guests may also be asked to help with storm shutters and to board up if necessary. Owners & management must have access to outside of property during storms to ensure guests and house safety. Umbrellas must be closed and patio furniture relocated to safer location if necessary.



- Please note that the stairs to the beach is currently unavailable. It will be available again in the summer season.



- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).



- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked



- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.



- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.



- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
