Idyllic holiday home right on the lake in Värmland

About 40 kilometers north of Karlstad you will find this idyllat the lake, in peaceful location and about 12 kilometers outside the next bigger locality.



The holiday home is equiped/furnished, for example, with an open fire in the living area as well as at the terrace, a fully furnished kitchen and a sauna.

The terrace is directed towards the lake, thus making the sunsets over the lake a real natural titbit.

There is a lake-water pipe in the holiday home, which is working well as for all necessary functions of daily life for a holiday-maker. Drinking water you can get/take from a farmstead (Mjönäs gård) in cans. The house is equipped also for families with toddlers and babies. Not only is there a baby cot and a baby chair in the house, also you will find a sand box, a baby pool as well as a swing on the property.



Attention: The accommodation is rented exclusively to families and couples!



2 bedrooms (1. with double bed, 2. with bunk bed), living area with convertible sofa for 2 persons.

If you are more than 6 people or need more space, there is a newly built guest cabin that can be rented separately.

The cottage is 18.5 sqm and contains 5 beds, electricity, two hotplates and a fridge. No water is withdrawn. No toilet. The cottage is only rented out together with the large cottage, not separately.
