Beautifully furnished with an open-concept layout and a fully equipped kitchen, this Santa Rosa Beach retreat is where your next chapter on the Emerald Coast begins.



The Space:

Step inside and the story continues. Boho Retreat is a gorgeous four-bedroom, four-bath beach home accommodating up to eleven guests across a light-filled, open-concept layout made for gathering. Convene in the living room for movie night or pull up a stool at the sizeable breakfast bar with seating for four. The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare snacks or a three-course meal, and the large dining table sits in a space brimming with natural light.



On the ground floor you'll find a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom. Upstairs, a foosball table sets the scene for family game nights, alongside a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, a guest suite with a queen-sized bed, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle. A full-sized washer and dryer are located nearby to keep laundry in check. Beautiful flooring, luxurious finishes, and tastefully decorated rooms are fashioned throughout for comfort and easy relaxation — every corner adding to the story of your stay.



Guest Access:

Your stay starts the moment you arrive — no front desk, no waiting. This is a self check-in beach home, and your door code will be sent prior to arrival, so you can simply pull up and settle in. Free parking is available on the premises. Guests also enjoy access to the shared community pool, a short stroll from the home, and the beach is a half-mile away via the nature trail directly behind the house.



The Neighborhood:

Boho Retreat sits in the quiet, welcoming Highland Parks community in Blue Mountain Beach — right in the heart of Florida's scenic 30A corridor in Santa Rosa Beach. The shared community pool is a short stroll away, and the sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast is just a half-mile off via the nature trail behind the home. When hunger strikes, family-friendly favorites like Basmati's Asian Cuisine, Goatfeathers, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar are close by for fresh seafood and refreshing cocktails. The nearby beach communities of Grayton Beach and Seaside make for easy day trips filled with souvenir shopping, ice cream, and coastal charm — the kind of days that become the stories you retell for years.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the wider 30A area, and free parking is available on the premises. Please note the driveway is on an incline and street parking is limited, so a compact approach works best. Many guests rent a golf cart to cruise to the beach, local shops, and restaurants — a popular and convenient way to get around this walkable Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood. The beach itself is an easy half-mile walk via the nature trail behind the home.

We are Family Friendly and all bookings include 1 pack 'n play upon request! Message us immediately after booking so we can schedule it to be dropped off! (Please bring your own sheets.)



11 Wristbands will be provided upon arrival. Please leave them upon departure. Missing wristbands will incur a charge.



Please note the pool is a shared community pool (not private) and may occasionally close for maintenance. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your use, and each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper products, and beach gear, as starter supplies are limited.



A few important notes before you book: Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. An adult chaperone must accompany any guests under 25 throughout the stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property. Pets are not permitted, and guests found with pets are subject to immediate departure. Any guests found in violation of these policies are subject to eviction with no refund.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self check-in property, so you'll have the home entirely to yourselves. We're available throughout your stay for any questions or needs — just reach out by phone or message and we'll respond promptly. We're always happy to share local recommendations and will do our best to make your stay seamless from arrival to departure, so the only story you'll be writing is a great one.
