Since all Wyndham resorts use floating inventory, the units are not assigned to a guest until shortly before arrival. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform, but not necessarily the exact unit you will be in.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standards is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party arrives before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.

Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another listing, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us and stay may be split into two different units depending on availability.

• There is a mandatory $15.00 daily fee per suite. The fee includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games).
• Outlet shopping, chain restaurants, and two grocery stores are available within a few miles of the resort.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Guests and owners can only access the amenities at the specific resort where they are registered. Amenities at other CLUB WYNDHAM® properties in the Williamsburg area are not available to them.
• A mandatory daily fee of $15.00 per suite is charged. This fee covers access to premium WiFi for unlimited devices (a $50 weekly value), unlimited arcade use, gas grills and gazebos, DVD rentals, a movie theater, mini-golf, tennis facilities, and children’s activities.
• This is a cashless resort; all on-site purchases require a credit or debit card.
• The resort's bar, casual dining options, and pool bar are open seasonally.
• Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome at all Club Wyndham properties, whether managed or not. However, other animals, including those providing emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship, do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at these locations.
• Photos are not of the specific suite you are renting, and your suite may vary slightly from the photos.
• You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.
• We will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.
• Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit.
