The home's bottom floor is a separate guest apartment (no internal access or shared spaces between the two floors). The upper level rental features convenient off-street parking (1 car or 2 compact parking tandem) and private second floor entry. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living/dining area, & kitchen, the space is perfect for couples or families. Walk two minutes to the beach or enjoy our private pool (shared only with the lower apartment guests, which is max 4 guests)! $299 extra to heat.

The What If Beach House Upper Level features four TVs. All linens and pillows are included with protective covers on all mattresses and pillows. The kitchen comes equipped with basic utensils, cookware, Keurig, standard coffee maker, air flyer, blender, crockpot, and dinnerware. For your safety and convenience, we've installed a Smart Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detector, Thermostat, and Deadbolt. And, of course, we've provided you with some beach towels! :)
