Entire Cottage in Charlottesville, VA - Two King Beds

This private cottage in the countryside is 15 minutes from downtown Charlottesville and UVA. It is a completely independent space 75 yards from the owner's residence. Built in 1940, it has maintained this charm, along with updated accommodations. Located south of Charlottesville convenient to the multitude of award winning and dog friendly wineries and breweries in the area.

The space
Our cozy cottage is located 75 yards from the owner's home and on a 21 acre property.

Two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. separate dining area and table.

Guests have access to a private outdoor space and screened porch. There is a living area with a gas fireplace and a large kitchen (full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, but no stove). You will love the updated, luxurious bathroom with large shower.

Guest access
In addition to what has already been mentioned, guests have access to a hiking trail through the woods on our property. There is a firepit in front of the cottage - wood and lighting materials provided.

Other things to note
We love friendly dogs and welcome them at the cottage property. These are our rules for bringing a dog(s).
- We would prefer that they not get on the furniture or bed. If this is not possible, please use the furniture covers provided.
-Dog(s) must not be left unattended in the rental unless they are in a crate.
- Dogs with aggressive behavior can not stay in the rental. We and our neighbors have dogs.
- Dogs must stay on our property and should be under your control at all times.
- We have old towels on the porch for wet/dirty paws.
- Please contact us if there is any dog damage so we can rectify the problem prior to our next guests arriving.
