Our unique accommodations in Smrček, nestled in the middle of an orchard, consist of two houses, each containing four tastefully designed apartments. You have the option to rent individual apartments, or you can choose to rent the entire property exclusively for (business) group travel, weddings, or other special occasions.



The houses feature modern architecture with large windows that allow ample natural light to illuminate the interiors. They are constructed using light brown wood, blending seamlessly with the surrounding Czech nature, providing a luxurious stay experience. Each apartment can accommodate up to six people. Although there are two apartments within each house, each one has its own separate entrance. The two apartments that we offer individually are housed in separate buildings, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. Inside this apartment, you will find one double bed and four single beds. The double bed has its own bedroom, while the other room contains two single beds that can also be pushed together. The remaining two single beds are located on the loft. The apartment boasts a spacious living area infused with the scent of wood. It features a private entrance, reliable Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for those hot summer days. There are two bedrooms, two toilets, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. One of our charming houses houses a shared space accessible to all guests, regardless of whether you rent an individual apartment or the entire property. This communal area includes a wine shop, a beer tap, and a covered terrace where you can enjoy entertaining games. Additionally, a grill is available, and you can pre-order meat to organize a delightful barbecue during your sun-soaked holiday in the Czech Republic. If you wish to avail yourself of this option, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements. The apartment also boasts a private terrace where you can unwind after a day of exploration in the Czech Republic, while indulging in a refreshing beer or a comforting cup of tea. Moreover, there is a swimming pond where you can take a leisurely swim or cool off under the warm Czech summer sun.



Smrček serves as the perfect base for exploring UNESCO monuments. Just a short distance away from Smrček is Žďár nad Sázavou, home to the enchanting Star Church, which is also recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. However, the Vysočina region offers even more UNESCO heritage sites, including the historic city center of Telč and the rich Jewish history of Třebíč. Yet, this Czech village is not solely suited for unearthing UNESCO treasures. It is also located a mere mile from Pernštejn Castle, a 13th-century fortress renowned as one of Europe's best-preserved Gothic-Renaissance castles.
