This peaceful 3-bedroom, 1-bath farmhouse retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in a quiet country setting. Thoughtfully decorated throughout, the home is designed to help guests relax, reconnect, and enjoy the slower pace of rural Missouri living.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with two bedrooms featuring queen beds, while the third bedroom includes one full bed and one twin bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Each bedroom is outfitted with cozy duvets and premium Utopia pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep. Smart TVs are available in the living room and Bedroom 1 for streaming your favorite shows during your stay.

The inviting living area centers around a beautiful stone fireplace with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring wineries, rivers, hiking trails, and Route 66 attractions nearby. A cozy loft area provides an additional quiet space to unwind with a book or morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay, including pots and pans, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, and dining essentials. Appliances provided include a gas range, microwave, toaster, air fryer, Instant Pot, coffee maker, hand mixer, and blender. While the home does not have a dishwasher, we provide everything needed for easy cleanup including dish soap, a dish brush, sponge, towels and drying rack.

Just off the side entry, guests will find a spacious laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, laundry sink, and a small starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets for convenience during longer stays.

The newly remodeled bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, double sink vanity, plush towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Outside, guests can enjoy the peaceful country atmosphere with a large private front and back yard where neighbors are not within sight. The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals outside while taking in the quiet scenery. Guests can also relax around the fire pit in the evenings or enjoy cooking outdoors on the BBQ grill under the stars.

Traveling with horses? Pasture space may be available for overnight layovers with prior approval. Please inquire before bringing horses. Guests assume responsibility for their animals, and hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or harm involving horses during your stay.
