Located on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat was thoughtfully renovated to create a relaxing beachfront escape. Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching dolphins from the balcony or winding down with one of the Gulf Coast’s spectacular sunsets, Emerald Isle 2201 is the perfect place to relax and make lasting memories.

One of the condo’s standout features is its expansive private end-unit balcony. Larger than many others, it offers multiple seating areas for outdoor dining, morning coffee, lounging on the daybed, or simply taking in miles of breathtaking Gulf views.

Inside, the bright open living area and primary suite both open directly onto the balcony. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the fully renovated kitchen boasts a spacious quartz island, modern finishes, a built-in air fryer oven, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The beautifully updated bathrooms feature elegant quartz surrounds and vanities, with a walk-in shower in the primary bath and a tub/shower combination in the second bathroom.

Your stay includes two reserved front-row beach chairs and one umbrella (March 1–October 31), one assigned covered parking space on the third level of the parking garage, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and convenient keyless self check-in. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

Emerald Isle also offers direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, steam room, fitness center, and community grilling area.
