The house, recently renovated, is located in Desná and offers space for large groups of up to 24 people. Situated just a stone's throw away from the forest and close to picturesque hiking trails.



The villa consists of 5 separate and fully equipped apartments. Each apartment offers comfortable accommodation with its own bathroom and a kitchen equipped with basic amenities for cooking. There is also a communal area with a kitchenette and a fireplace, perfect for cozy get-togethers. For the children, there is a playroom with table tennis, billiards, foosball, and PlayStation games.



The garden is a paradise for children, with a swing, slide, and various other play equipment. Pets also have plenty of space here. In the evenings, you can enjoy the barbecue on the comfortable terrace or make a bonfire.



After a day full of activities, you can relax in the on-site wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi. And for those who want to enjoy a self-tapped Czech beer, there is a beer tap (available for a fee).



In the vicinity, there are plenty of opportunities for excursions and fun, from ski resorts to hiking trails. Enjoy the beautiful nature by visiting the lookout towers of Rozhledna Svetly vrch or Vyhlidka Spicka. And if you feel like swimming, there are natural pools and lakes nearby. Desná is 1 km away, Tanvald 4 km, Harrachov 13 km, and Liberec 28 km. There are also plenty of winter sports opportunities, with several ski resorts within a 10 km radius, including Desná, Detoa, Svetly vrch, Bovarak, Rejdice, and Harrachov.
