Guest access
You will have access to the entire property except for two small closets. An electronic door code will be emailed to you shortly before your check-in time. It will only work during your stay.

Other things to note
**Important** Please make sure your reservation matches the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest, hand towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoos, soaps, tea, and coffee.

+2 extra Guests:
We can provide an additional blow-up mattress to accommodate two more people in the living room. Please let us know ahead of time so we can provide the linens.

Please note:
- In order to keep our home allergen-free for our guests, we do not allow smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in the house. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for a violation of this rule.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not disturb neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum, as this is a quiet neighborhood. If it is evident you are having a party, you will be asked to leave. If the noise is too loud, we will send you a text message or a call to remind you.

- Disclaimer: There are exterior security cameras present around the exterior of the property for the safety of our tenants and insurance liability. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view. Footage is only reviewed on report of an incident and is deleted after a few weeks.

- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal items of any guest.

- The booking person is 100% responsible. Please be straightforward if anything has been broken, damaged, or stained. Please do not move furniture around.
