You can reach the beach in 10 cycling minutes and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In short, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend getaway.

First floor
The apartment is located on the east side in the main building of Villapark Anzelhoef on the first floor. From the entrance hall, go up the stairs and come to a landing with the door giving access to the living room and a door leading to the bathroom.

Layout
You enter the cosy living room with cosy seating area, a dining area with round dining table and 4 chairs and the spacious corner kitchen with all amenities. The living area is very bright thanks to the beautiful light coming in through the windows and the skylight on the roof, making the room feel even larger. You will immediately feel at ease here.

Kitchen
The corner kitchen features a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee and tea making facilities and gas cooker with extractor hood

Bedroom
The apartment has 1, also spacious, bedroom with a double bed, consisting of 2 box-spring beds (80x210cm) and an extra single box-spring bed (80x210cm) for a third person. There is a large wardrobe and shelves for extra storage space. You enter the bedroom through a door next to the kitchen from the living room.

Bathroom
Via the landing, you enter the recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, modern washbasin with large round mirror with ambient no-touch LED lighting all around. A washing machine is also at your disposal in the bathroom.
