A quick ten minute drive will bring you to local convenience stores and family friendly dining options that capture the authentic spirit of Texas. For those looking to venture further, the majestic landscapes of Garner State Park are reachable in about fifteen minutes by car, perfect for a morning hike. The area is known for its quiet, scenic beauty, making it the perfect escape for families looking to reconnect while being close to the best recreational spots in the region.



Getting Around:

To reach our retreat in Concan, we highly recommend traveling by personal vehicle as public transportation options are extremely limited in this rural Hill Country area. You will have plenty of space to park at the property, ensuring a hassle free arrival for your entire group. The closest major airport is San Antonio International Airport, which is approximately a one hour and forty five minute drive from the house. Having a car will allow you to easily explore the local river spots, nearby state parks, and scenic Hill Country attractions during your stay.

Friendly Reminder: All bed linens are provided. Please bring bath/pool towels and kitchen hand towels if you prefer.



Check-in is virtual. A welcome message will be sent via text on the day of arrival as soon as the house is ready. You will receive the home address, gate code and house code.
