This cozy yet comfortable one-bedroom condo is the perfect getaway for couples, small families, fishing enthusiasts, or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Lake of the Ozarks. Wake up to stunning lake views and enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck overlooking the water.

The condo sleeps up to four guests with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, along with updated finishes and thoughtful touches throughout the recently remodeled space.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious lakeside deck featuring comfortable outdoor seating, an electric grill with griddle—perfect for cooking breakfast while taking in the beautiful lake scenery.

Guests also have access to the community swimming pool, just steps away from the condo.

For boaters, a 10' x 24' boat slip (suited for small V-bottom boats) is available for an additional fee, making it easy to spend your days on the water. We also provide paddleboards so you can explore the cove and enjoy the lake at a slower pace.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important policies and property guidelines prior to booking:

PARKING

Each reservation includes a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Onsite parking is first come first serve.

TRAILER/BOAT PARKING

Trailer parking is permitted with a permit. If you let us know ahead of time we can have your permit ready for you in the unit upon arrival. The fee is $5 per day.

There is a boat launch on site past building H by the gravel lot. Suitable for small boats only.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 9:00 AM.

Excessive noise may result in fines or removal from the property.

EVENTS & PARTIES

No parties or events allowed, including bachelorette/bachelor gatherings. This is strictly enforced by the complex.

SMOKING POLICY

Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the patio.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in this property per the HOA regulations. Thank you for understanding.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

AGE REQUIREMENT

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.

GRILLING POLICY

Charcoal and propane grills are strictly prohibited per HOA regulations. An electric grill is provided on the balcony.

STREAMING SERVICES

The unit includes smart TVs. Guests must use their own streaming account credentials to access services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

RATES & RESERVATION POLICY

Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.

Please review the full House Rules prior to booking. Guests are responsible for any fines issued due to violations.

CLEANING & DAMAGE

Excessive mess left after departure may result in additional cleaning fees.

Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the unit or property.

POOL & DOCK ACCESS

Pools are open seasonally from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Availability outside these dates is not guaranteed.

Pool Hours: 9 am - 12:00 AM (midnight)

CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY

Our standard cancellation policy applies, regardless of illness or weather-related issues.

Please note that winter travel carries risks of inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
