LAKEFRONT End Unit Condo at 3 Seasons @ 21MM

A beautifully remodeled lakefront condo located at 3 Seasons just off of KK at the 21.5
MM. Easy access to Hwy 54! You will be pleased with the clean look and feel of our second home. Our unit is a 3rd floor unit, but only up one flight of stairs from the parking lot. There are 2 bedrooms and one bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a beautiful view of the lake through the sliding glass door that leads out to the extremely large deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart tv. The master bedroom and the living room has HD TVs and access to Netflix and Hulu , as well as cable. Both bedrooms have a standing fan, in case you are one of those who can't sleep without a fan.

**The unit does have an outside security camera for outside security purposes only.

***Osage Beach will be banning BBQ Grills and anything with open flames on our decks. So, we removed our BBQ grill.

The deck has a higher dining table with four swivel chairs on the deck as well as 2 polywood chairs, making it a great place to sit and watch all of the Lake activities or enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. The sliding glass door in the living room going to the same over sized deck as the master bedroom slider. With 2 large glass sliding doors, you'll be able to see the expansive cove view and the main channel. The condo is located at the 21.5 mile marker by water, right next to Shorty Pants.

There are bath towels, bed linens and just about everything you'll need. You might want to bring your over-sized beach towels and pool toys for the pool. The kitchen has utensils, plates, bowls, cups, crock pot, air fryer, pots/pans, Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods. This unit also has a washer/dryer and a water softener! 2 rolls of toilet paper is provided, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. We also wash the matress pad protectors and comforters AFTER EACH GUEST(S) as well as the chair and couch coverings, shower curtain and liner!!

There are 5 docks and you are welcome to fish off any of the docks!

10x20 Boat Slip (no lift) MAY BE AVAILABLE upon your request. PLEASE ASK BEFORE BOOKING. If available, there is a $25/night charge for the slip. There is NO TRAILER PARKING! Please contact Redhead Yacht Club for launch/trailer parking ( 573-693-1525) this is located by our complex, or contact the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize Marina (Public Beach 2) for trailer parking their phone number is 573-348-1233

It's a short walk to Shorty Pants Restaurant and Marina with live entertainment on some weekends for you to enjoy! Red Head Yacht Club is less than a 2 minute drive from the condo, or a short boat ride down the cove! Both have great food and both were voted best at the Lake.

We have free Wi-Fi in the condo. The condo complex has a great pool for owners and renters only, again with free Wi-Fi!

You are just minutes from Premium Outlet Stores, restaurants such as Redhead Yacht Club and Lakeside Grill, TanTara Margaritaville, Dog Days, and Shorty Pants, as well as Seven Springs Winery, The Oaks and other golf courses, Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf (seasonal), Big Surf (seasonal), Miner Mike's, Main Street Music Hall and much more. Visit Bridal Cave or Ha Ha Tonka Park, just minutes away in Camdenton.

Fabulous stay!

The condo was very clean, updated, view off the back porch very beautiful! Perfect location near lots of restaurants. The hosts were great with communicating and very welcoming. 10/10 and plan to book again!

Great condo

Great location for where our boat was located, walking distance to restaurant/bar. We did not use the pool but it seemed clean and nice. Condo is located on the end of a building which was nice for privacy.

Perfect Condo for Weekend Getaway

A quaint, quiet condo in a perfect location on the main channel and right next to some of the best spots on the lake. All of the amenities you need and none of the things you don’t! Great communication and an immaculately clean property. Would recommend to anyone.

3 Seasons Condo!

We had an amazing experience at this Condo! Carla was wonderful with checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that the condo was everything we imagined, and it was. Super clean, plenty of room, and the view was amazing! Very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!

The condo was spotless! I have not one thing to say that’s negative. Had a great time.

For us it was smaller than we usually get but everything was really nice. Furniture was comfy, bed a little harder than we like but didn’t stop me from sleeping well. The communication was the best I’ve had with most rentals. Overall it was very good experience.

The condo is lovely. It is exactly as advertised, pictures are current and accurate. The condo is immaculately cleaned. Nice layout, great location, quiet, easy parking. Communication from the owner is excellent. She provides needed information well in advance and responds to all questions very quickly. Overall, a terrific stay. Highly recommend it!

Cizy lake condo

This condo was very clean, updated, and beautifully decorated with a great vew of the lake. Its very cozy and comfortable, but a little limited for a family as there are only 2 barstools and no other eating area indoors. Also no dishwasher, and limited glasses/ cups to drink out of. Howevre, overall we had a great time in a great location and the host was very helpful and easy to reach.

Three Seasons Condo

We had a great stay at Carla’s condo during bike week. It was clean and nicely decorated. Back porch overlooking the lake was nice - we spend a stormy evening watching the lightening and listening to the rain in the metal dock roofs. Lulled is to sleep after a long day on the bikes. Perfect ! Quick walk to Shorty Pants in the evenings for dinner after dark - if you come down on bikes watch for deer near dusk! Parking is a bit tricky on bikes - no level ground near the unit, but we managed to make it work. Overall a great experience and highly recommend staying here.

Exactly as advertised

The written description and photos accurately represent the property and the view of the lake. Even though the unit is only up one flight of steps from the parking area, it is actually a third floor unit on the lake front side. This was nearly a last minute trip on my part. I needed to get away from the office for for a few days to try and "unwind". I chose to visit Osage Beach in April since it's still their off-season for travel. I submitted the rental request for the condo only three days prior to our check-in date. I received communication and check-in information from the owner (Carla) within minutes. In advance of our check-in, Carla asked that once we were settled in, to please let her know if we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo, and that the condo met our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and everything was in good working order. The condo has an electronic door lock, with a code that was customized for us, and that made check-in a breeze. I would rent this condo again.

Beautiful and Quiet Condo

We loved the quiet cove this condo is located in! The close proximity to Red Heads, one of our favorite restaurants, made it even better. The condo itself was cozy and quiet, beautifully decorated and has a great view of the lake. We brought our 26' boat and had access to the boat slip which is one of the best ways to see the lake. Everyone we met at 3 Seasons were friendly and nice to talk to. Carla gives detailed instructions of property and boat slip prior to check in date; communication and check in was great! Our favorite places to visit are, Red Heads, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Coconuts, The Cave Bar, JB Hooks, Wobbly Boots, The Rusty Rooster (great breakfast), The Pancake House, Bagnell Dam Strip, and Tucker Shuckers. We visit the lake every year for our anniversary and we have found another amazing home away from home. We highly recommend this condo.
