Bournecoast are delighted to offer WAYSIDE, a charming first floor apartment forming part of an attractive converted house in a quiet residential area. The property benefits from off road parking and access to a garden, offering both convenience and outdoor space to enjoy. Ideally situated in the sought-after area of Southbourne, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the beautiful sandy beaches, a range of local shops, takeaways, cafes and restaurants making it an ideal coastal retreat.

THE APARTMENT:
This property has two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, whilst the second bedroom features Twin Beds.

The open plan lounge/diner is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet service Provider).

There is a separate kitchen/diner which includes a GAS COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

The apartment has a family bathroom which has a bath with a shower facility and there is a separate toilet.

This property benefits from a lawned garden which is accessed via the driveway.

The accommodation offers a designated off road parking space in the drive suitable for a small/medium sized car.

A short walk from the property will take you to Southbourne Cross Roads area, a popular small hub with independent cafes, restaurants, takeaways and local convenience stores. From the Cross Roads, you also have easy access down to Southbourne Beach, where you can enjoy miles of golden sand and stunning coastal views. The popular SOBO Beach café is perfectly positioned on the seafront and offers an ideal spot to relax with coffee, breakfast or lunch while overlooking the sea. Tuckton is a charming and well-connected suburb situated between Southbourne and Christchurch, offering a wonderful mix of riverside scenery, coastal attractions, independent eateries and family-friendly activities. A short distance from the property, Tuckton High Street provides a convenient selection of restaurants, cafes, takeaways, bakeries and convenience stores, while the picturesque Riverside Restaurant offers delightful waterside dining overlooking the River Stour. Beyond Tuckton High Street, the nearby Wick area is a popular destination for visitors of all ages, with attractions including crazy golf, a play park, tea rooms and scenic riverside walks. The Wick Ferry operates seasonally and provides a lovely trip along the river to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Beach.
