This Austin home is overflowing with charm. Spacious interiors and soaring ceilings guarantee you a modern, comfortable stay. Your charming vacation home is situated in Austin's historic Travis Heights neighborhood, located just a half mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on South Congress Avenue. Snap a photo in front of the iconic “I love you so much” mural. In the evening, head to the legendary Continental Club for some foot-stomping performances, and discover why Austin is known as the “Live Music Capital of the World”.

Custom woodwork and rugs add character throughout this two-story home. Spend time on the upper balcony overlooking the Travis Heights neighborhood. Make use of the covered patio and fire pit in the lush backyard. The open-concept living area offers a welcoming space where guests can socialize or watch TV. Come together for movie nights in the upstairs media room, featuring a streaming-capable TV, a surround sound system, and an upper balcony overlooking beautiful Travis Heights. When you've worked up an appetite, prepare family meals in a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - including a French door fridge, double oven, and gas range. The wood cabinets are fully stocked with all the necessary cookware and gadgets. Eat together inside or dine alfresco on the covered patio with overhead lighting and ceiling fans. After dinner, treat yourself to s'mores around the fire pit with stone bench seating.

In the evenings, head upstairs to your private primary suite with a walk-in closet. On the main level, one guest bedroom has full-length windows and a TV, and another has a sophisticated four-poster bed and TV. One guest bathroom has a glass walk-in shower, while another features custom tiling, a double-sink vanity, and a walk-in shower.

This place is awesome and the layout is perfect for couples traveling together or families. It puts you in walking distance of the bat bridge. The area is charming and very safe to walk around. Also a short Uber took us basically everywhere else Had a great stay and would highly recommend.The door code didn't work at the get go but Andrew called me right back and we were in. Just adding to let all know communication was rapid response.

Lovely location. Seems like it's in the process of being turned into a rental. Backyard is pretty raw and wine cabinets open and stocked with old wine some of which has spilled and dried. But very clean and pretty and fantastic location. Would stay again!

Great location. Lovely, large home to gather with FAM or friends

Walk up to South Congress easily from here, great location. Big social area as heart of the home. Bedrooms are spread out across house, which is a bonus. Parking on a small driveway for two cars. Needs some upgraded accommodations for kitchen if you are planning to cook meals at home here for friends and fam. Pretty quiet on weekend overall but lots on construction trucks up and down the road in this neighborhood during the week. Supplies for life limited here if you are staying for awhile -- only a few rolls of TP, laundry pods and garbage bags, BYOstuff

This home was perfect for our party of 6 with plenty of room to hangout, both inside and out, and sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and a short walk to South Congress and the river. We would happily stay here again.

I had a question as property listed they had beach towels and they did not. When I called the help number, they said someone local would call me back. They never did. Also, provide a box or two of Kleenex. All else very nice.

Lovely home to gather with family and friends. It was clean overall. Excellent communication with host. Great location near South Congress. Good parking, two spots in short driveway. Kitchen is large but is lacking with some essentials that guests expecting to cook would need, its a bit of a hodge podge that needs supplemental utensils /pots/pans to make it all happen -- which is a bit annoying when you pay this much money and you get minimum kitchen essentials (aluminum foil, zip lock bags, dishwasher pods.) The pots and pans need to be replaced and organized. They need storage containers. The house needs more TP, garbage bags and laundry pods. These things should not be skimped on, guests dont want to spend a bunch on home basics when we pay this much money. Overall we had a great time and it is a wonderful space to gather with FAM and friends. Needs a lil bit of work to make it excellent. Loved it just needs a little attention for home basics.

What a treasure! 1 mile from downtown and all the comedy clubs & music nightlife. 3-4 blocks away from Lady Bird Lake one direction, and the other direction all the shops & restaurants on Congress St. So lucky to have found. 3 rooms, EACH with their OWN shower/ bath on opposite ends of the house, so MAX privacy (our kids loved it). Master bedroom has own LARGE master shower/ bath. Guest Bedroom 1 has own shower/ bathroom/ bonus study room. Other kid had whole 2nd floor to themselves w shower/ bath/ TV room/ outdoor terrace. What a bargain. This is my spot. Friendly, quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home and location. Met my kids here for a relaxing weekend and to catch up on life. It’s close to downtown and other shops! The inside of the home was way more than I expect! Great layout with comfortable beds! Decor is great! Enjoyed the whole thing! Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely come back!

The house was clean comfortable and convenient to grocery stores entertainment and restaurants The reason I gave it a 4 is there were no blinds or proper window covering in the bedroom off the kitchen I had to put a sheet on the front window for privacyAll the beds were comfortable the sheets were soft the kitchen was fabulous.

The descriptions of this home were spot on. Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to parks, shops, and dining, as well as the airport and downtown, I felt we were in the ideal location. The management is attentive and responsive, even though it is corporate. If you have children, you might need to bring your own bedding if you don't want them sleeping in your king-size bed, but the beds are comfortable.

House had so much charm! We loved the layout since we are all adults - lots of privacy with the layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms. Home had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood, close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Unique wonderful place!

Loved this place! Perfect gathering spot for our family to connect while in town for a memorial service. Kitchen, bathrooms and beds were so nice and spacious! Decor is fun! Wish we had gotten to spend more time at the house and enjoy the ambiance! The location was great and made it easy to drive to the events we were in town for. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for the Austin marathon and it was a great place for us and my niece and nephew for the weekend! Beautiful home and there is a lot of privacy between the three bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.
