The Space:

A Single-story home in a GREAT location CLOSE to everything and designed for family and friends to gather, saddle up and hit the NWA Trails. We love the outdoors in Bentonville and know you do too. That’s why we added these features in our backyard.

The hot tub is open year round! The pool is open from April to end of October! You'll be able to cool off in the large in ground pool, hangout on the patio or around the fire-pit, lounge, soak up the sun and have a cold drink in your hand.



The backyard is fully fenced with an inground pool, hot tub, grass area for pets, fire-pit area, outdoor grill and dining area, covered patio with seating, and 4 bike wash and hang wall. The patio area is fenced off from the pool and from rest of the yard for peace of mind to keep the little ones away from the pool, both back doors walk out into the fenced patio area.



The patio is perfect for cool and warm nights. Boho style seating, string lighting, curtains for privacy. This is a perfect spot to gather, play games, laugh and recap on the days Bentonville adventures.



Bedrooms



The Home comfortably sleep 8.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The first primary bedroom is located features a king size bed, plush duvet comforter, extra pillows, usb plugs on bedside tables, full length mirror, large desk and chair for remote working, and Roku smart tv. In the closet you’ll find an infant pack-n-play, highchair and a portable fan. The attached bathroom has a large tile walk-in shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. This bath has a second access door to the living room for other guests to use.



The second primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, plush duvet comforter, extra pillows, usb plugs at both bedside lamps, infrared electric fireplace, full length mirror, dresser and Smart tv.



The split bedroom layout offers privacy for the other two bedrooms that feature a jack and jill bathroom connecting them. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



The queen bedroom is called the cactus 🌵 room! Super cute and cozy queen bed with duvet comforter, usb plug in lamp and Roku tv.



The 4th bedroom is located is called “The Willie Nelson”, because of the wall art framed lyrics, “The life I love is making music with my friends.” In this room you’ll find two adult size twin beds. Plush duvets, extra pillows, usb plug in dimmable lamp and dresser.



The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, laundry soap and clothing Steamer/iron.



LIVING SPACE

The living area is open with a comfortable sectional, extra throws, 55in Fire Tv and 2 swivel accent chairs.

On the other side of the fireplace you’ll find the dining room with a large solid wood dining table with seating for 8.



The garage has a ping pong table, corn hole, darts, bike stand and is a great place to hang out!

*Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $125 per dog per stay. Please notify the host if you're bringing your furry friend and add the pet to your reservation. If bringing more than one pet, please notify the host in advance.



*This location is really close to parks, lakes as well as miles of walking, biking and hiking trails!



*Professionally designed and decorated throughout.



*Located on a small dead-end street so no traffic and nice and quiet!



* 2-car garage is a great place to keep your bikes. We also have a bike wash out back.



* 2 car driveway with extra parking on the parking pad to the side of the driveway. There is limited street parking because we are at the end of the street.



* Keypad access to the home (so you don't have to worry about losing keys!) The code is changed for EVERY guest for your safety and security and the code is timed to only be active from check-in to check-out.



* If you don't have bikes, you can rent them Downtown at Mojo Bike Shop or Phat Tire Bike Shop. Both offer tune ups, rentals and service.



Pool opens in March/April weather depending and will stay open until October!! During winter months pool will be closed/covered. The pool does not have a hard surface cover so please be aware of children, pets and do not walk on the pool cover.



Pet Expectations: Dogs are allowed with approval in advance. All pets must be disclosed at the time of your reservation request and must be added to your reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs must be on a leash when outdoors per city ordinance. Please use the provided bags to remove any pet waste from the yard, trails, and neighborhood. When leaving the home, the dog needs to be kenneled or go with you. We do not provide a dog kennel so you will need to bring one with you. Bentonville is very dog friendly and offers many places to eat with patio seating. Please sweep or vacuum pet hair prior to your departure.
