6 pools, 1 lazy river, 5 hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bachi ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and pickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar. There are 3 gyms, a sauna, and steem room, a kid's park, a snack shack, NY pizza, Stella’s Ice Cream, The SeaBreeze market, The Salty Bean, grilling & picnic areas, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.

Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2025 the HOA has implemented a $10 a day parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. No Parties under any circumstance. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.
