THE SPACE

Step into a warm, lodge-inspired home designed for groups who want comfort without the hotel price tag. The open living area centers on a smart TV and a pull-out sleeper sofa, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen — full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for however your crew takes their morning cup. Toaster, blender, and barbecue utensils are all on hand.

Out back, a private patio with seating, a BBQ grill, and a firepit make it easy to wind down after a day at the casino. Inside you'll find central air, fresh linens on every bed, a soaking tub, and a washer for longer stays.

You're just a short drive from WinStar World Casino & Resort — the gaming floors, the Global Event Center concerts, and a long list of restaurants. Thackerville sits right at the Oklahoma–Texas line, so you're also an easy hop from Gainesville, TX for shopping and dining. A car is recommended to get around, and parking is free and easy at the house.

This is a peaceful, family-friendly home in a quiet residential area, and we ask guests to help keep it that way:

Maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced (including daytime visitors); only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No parties, events, or gatherings of any size.

Strictly no smoking and no marijuana or drugs of any kind on the premises.

Exterior security cameras monitor entry points for everyone's safety — there are no interior cameras.

No glitter, confetti, candles, or incense.

The guest who books must be staying at the home, and a government ID may be requested before check-in.

We monitor for unauthorized gatherings, occupancy, and noise to ensure a safe, pleasant stay for guests and neighbors alike. Follow the house rules and you're in for a great trip!
