We are so excited to host you. To help ensure everyone has a wonderful and safe stay—including our neighbors—please review and agree to our house rules before booking:

There is no access to the basement even if the door is open.
No Pets Allowed: We love animals, but due to severe family allergies, our home must remain completely pet-free. This includes visiting pets. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 deep-cleaning fee.

Shoe-Free Home: Please leave your outside shoes on the entry mat just inside the door. We clean thoroughly between guests to keep the floors pristine and comfortable for your bare feet or socks.

Quiet Hours & Local Ordinances: Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our local neighborhood has strict noise ordinances, and we cannot tolerate noise that prompts neighbor complaints or police intervention. Any police dispatch to the property for noise violations or parties will result in immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of the remaining reservation.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the guests registered on the booking are permitted on the property. No unregistered overnight visitors or large gatherings/parties are allowed.
