The Space:

Recently remodeled and thoughtfully designed with mountain bikers, families, and weekend travelers in mind, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is the perfect home base for exploring Bentonville.



The spacious living area features a large leather sectional, 75" Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and room-darkening shades for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking at home, along with a large peninsula that seats up to 10 guests—perfect for gathering, dining, or planning the day's adventures. A single-serve Keurig coffee maker is provided for your morning coffee.



The primary suite features a plush king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, making the home ideal for families, friends, and riding groups. Room-darkening curtains in both bedrooms help ensure a restful night's sleep. A second full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.



Outside, enjoy a private backyard with a patio, outdoor dining area, and gas grill—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.



Built with riders in mind, the attached garage features bike storage for up to four bikes, gear cubbies, bike washing supplies, and easy access to a hose for cleaning up after a ride.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive their door code and check-in instructions 48 hours before arrival. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed through the home.

Interaction with Guests:

-Absolutely no parties.

-Must be 25 years of age to book.

-No refunds for weather-related events.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 10 pm to 7 am.

-No pets.

-Please don’t use bath towels to clean bikes. There are plenty of utility towels in the garage and laundry room.

-Please don’t wear shoes, especially riding shoes, inside.

-Please don’t bring bikes or bike equipment inside.

-Early check-in may be available for an additional fee.

-Unbagged trash will result in an additional fee.
