Villa Jasmine PCB is a brand-new luxury construction by Panama City Beach West End's premier builder — a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home sleeping up to 14 guests (Maximum Capacity: 10 Adults & 4 Children / Infants) The Villa is designed from the ground up for groups and multi-generational families who are seeking a 5-Star boutique experience.



---The Layout---

The entire main living level sits on the ground floor, anchored by a chef's kitchen that means business: 6-burner gas cooktop, dual ovens (gas and electric), two full fridge-freezers, a Thor wine and beverage fridge, built-in chilled & sparkling water on tap, plus a full suite of KitchenAid appliances. The kitchen flows into a 10-seat dining table with an additional 4-seat island bench — everyone eats together here. Soaring 11-foot ceilings run throughout, giving the entire home an open, airy resort feel.



---The Bedrooms---

Three of the five bedrooms are king primary suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom — no sharing, no waiting. The owners' primary suite is the crown jewel, featuring a full wet room with a soaking tub and spa-caliber finishes. A second king suite is also located on the ground floor with zero-stair access, purpose-built for guests or grandparents who don't want to navigate stairs. The third king suite is upstairs. The remaining two bedrooms are Family Suites each featuring a queen bed and unique built-in bunks — perfect for a family of four (2 x Adults & 2 x Children) Please note: The bunk beds are not suitable for adults. Every bedroom has its own TV.



---The Outdoor Space---

Step outside and you have a full resort setup. The rear, South-facing, private luxury oasis captures the sun from sunrise to sunset. The private saltwater pool can be heated on request (additional cost) and features in-pool Ledge loungers so you never have to fully leave the water. Four luxury padded sun loungers, two large cantilever umbrellas, and a motorized retractable awning handle the sun. Two outdoor dining tables seat 10 and 8 respectively. The summer kitchen has a natural gas grill ready for evening cookouts, and when the sun goes down, the Bartesian Professional cocktail machine takes care of the adults and the slushie machine looks after the kids.

A brand-new 6-passenger street-legal EV golf cart (drivers 25+) is yours for the week — ride to the beach in under a minute or make the easy run to Pier Park. The full beach pack means you leave the house with a sand cart, 4 Shibumi reclining chairs, 2 low-seat chairs, umbrellas, a popup shelter, beach blankets, a cooler, and even sand toys. The mini-gym has a Concept 2 rower, adjustable barbells, incline bench, yoga gear, and Sonos sound. Families with young infants will find a comprehensive Baby Pack on-site. Game nights are covered with a sprawling collection of adult and family board games, plus there's even a Karaoke machine. Apotheke bath products in every bathroom and Dyson hair dryers in the primary suites. 2Gb Wi-Fi throughout.



---The Location---

Situated in PCB's quiet & coveted West End, Villa Jasmine PCB is just a 6 minute flat & easy stroll to the sugar-white Gulf beaches (or a 1-minute golf cart ride if you're in full vacation mode). 6 minutes by car to 30A dining and shopping, 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach, and 7 minutes to Pier Park.



Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire property, including all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. The private saltwater pool (optional heating available) and pool deck are yours, along with the summer kitchen, motorized awning, and all outdoor dining and lounge areas. The brand-new 6-passenger street-legal EV golf cart (authorized drivers 25+) is available for trips to the beach, shops, and Pier Park. Parking for up to 5 cars/SUVs is provided on-site.



We will not be on site, but will be available during normal waking hours via the platform for questions or concerns. Villa Jasmine PCB's Concierge will meet you at check in to verify all guests & ensure you are fully briefed to make full use of all the amenities.
