THE VILLA
Just a 5 minute drive to the beach, Villa Oasis is designed around indoor-outdoor living, with open gathering spaces, multiple lounge areas, a beautiful interior courtyard, a sunken pool bar, and expansive terraces that make it easy to slow down and settle into the setting.

Whether you’re traveling with family, multiple couples, or a group of friends, the villa offers generous space to spend time together while still leaving room to spread out and enjoy a little privacy.

BEDROOMS & LIVING SPACES
The home features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom on each floor, giving groups a comfortable and functional layout for longer stays, celebratory trips, or relaxed time away with family and friends.

Throughout the villa, indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally together. Gather for meals, lounge by the pool, enjoy a quiet coffee on the terrace, or end the evening with drinks at the sunken bar as the light fades over the hills.

VIEWS & SUNSETS
Enjoy ocean views from many areas of the property, with tropical trees adding privacy and natural beauty throughout the grounds. Sunset is one of the best times to be here, when the sky often turns fiery shades of orange, pink, and purple over the Pacific.

This is the kind of place where guests often end up canceling dinner reservations just to stay in for sunset.

SALTWATER POOL & JACUZZI
The private saltwater pool is one of the highlights of the property. It feels softer on the skin than a traditional chlorine pool and creates the perfect setting for lazy afternoons, sunset swims, and evenings under the stars.

The jacuzzi adds another layer of relaxation after a beach day, adventure tour, or massage at the villa. Please note that the jacuzzi is not heated, though the jets operate normally.

PRIVACY & LOCATION
Villa Oasis is located in Pacific Heights, a quiet hillside community above Playa Potrero. This elevated setting gives the property a calm and secluded atmosphere while still keeping you within driving distance of beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and activities in Potrero, Flamingo, Brasilito, and beyond.

The home is more remote than rentals in the center of town, and that is part of the appeal. Instead of the busier feel of central beach areas, you get nature, privacy, open space, and quiet surroundings.

Please note that the villa is accessed by an unpaved hillside road. We strongly recommend a 4x4 vehicle year-round for a smoother and more comfortable experience.

WILDLIFE & NATURE
You’re surrounded by Costa Rica’s tropical dry forest, so nature is part of the experience. Howler monkeys are often heard or spotted in the nearby trees, and the setting feels peaceful, green, and immersed in the landscape.
