Nestled in Bailey, Colorado, it’s the perfect setting for family vacations, girls’ or guys’ weekends, and romantic couple getaways. Inside and out, the home is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and gathering. A cozy living room opens to views of the deck and mountains, while the spacious loft offers flexible sleeping arrangements and the perfect setup for movie nights. Mountain Weather and Living
• Enjoy cooler mountain temperatures, typically about 15-20°F cooler than Denver and surrounding city areas.
• Nestled at 8,900 feet, an ideal retreat for escaping the summer heat and enjoying fresh mountain air and scenic views.
•Like most homes in the area, the cabin relies on the naturally cool mountain climate—no AC.
• A personal vehicle is needed, ride-share services and food delivery are not available.
• AWD or 4WD is recommended during the winter season (October–April)
• Access roads are well-maintained and generally easy to navigate compared to many mountain destinations.
• As a true mountain retreat, wildlife sightings are part of the experience—please admire from a safe distance.
• Mountain weather changes rapidly, we recommend packing layers and checking the forecast before your adventures.
• While uncommon, power outages may occur due to weather conditions.

House Rules
• Open flames are strictly prohibited due to the area's elevated wildfire risk.
• The outdoor gas fire pit may be used only when local fire restrictions or bans are not in effect.
• Daytime visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
• Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guest, in accordance with county regulations.
