The entire family is welcome here, with up to two dogs accepted per stay and an elevator to aid those with mobility concerns.

The reverse floorplan takes full advantage of the gorgeous surroundings and available views. Gather together on the sectional to stream the big game on TV or settle into the pair of overstuffed armchairs with a good beach read from the nearby bookshelf.

The family chef doesn't have to be excluded from the fun, as you can watch the waves or the evening movie while washing up local produce or loading the dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare meals is provided, and the wall oven and microwave along with an in-counter glass cooktop make preparing even complicated recipes a breeze. The adjacent dining table seats eight, and an additional four barstools are available at the breakfast bar. A half bath is located nearby for your convenience.

The primary suite is also on the upper level, featuring a king bed and direct access to both the front covered porch and rear screened porch. The private attached bath offers a separate water closet and a spa-like shower experience, with multiple shower heads at one end and a second overhead showerhead at the opposite end so that two can shower at once without having to fight over the spray.

Only the lower screened porch in the back offers stairs to the ground level - all others are entirely enclosed so that you don't have to worry about babies or fur-babies wandering away while you relax. Each of the front covered porches is furnished with two pairs of rocking chairs along with a bar-height table and four captain's chairs. The lower screened porch is equipped with another pair of rocking chairs and a cushioned outdoor seating arrangement with a coffee table. The upper screened porch offers a final four rocking chairs and bar-height table with four seats, along with ceiling fans to ensure your comfort even on warmer days.

In the backyard, build core memories as you roast marshmallows for s'mores and share stories around the brick fire pit. A charcoal grill is provided so that you can cook out, and the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a lifesaver when it's time to rinse off the kids and dogs before heading inside. A storage closet is available for your personal beach items, and beach chairs and toys are provided along with a beach cart to haul it all in.
